Scam alert! Accidentally clicked on link to download what I thought was a free sewing pattern. Clicked to pay 0.00 and was sent an email to say this was for a day's trial and I would be charged 29.99 monthly for a subscription. Luckily credit card company alerted me and froze my account. Hopefully that's the end of it.

This is a scam. Invalid customer service email. Charged 0.01 on my revolut at 22.47 one night, reverted that when they charged €29.90 at 1.00 following morning

Fate attenzione … mi è comparso un banner per un’applicazione per il pagamento di 0,01 euro e poi mi sono stati addebitati 29,90 euro … me ne sono accorto quasi subito ma è stato molto difficile annullare l’operazione dal link che proponevano e non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso!

Big scam, took 29.99€ from my account out of nowhere. And when you contact them to get money back, they are just so complicated. And then they tell you in a mail ”please give us 5 stars at trustpilot” and they tell you examples of what you could say about them, like ”good support service” which is totaly wrong. What company does say to give them 5 stars review and what to say about them, exactly no serious company. Please be careful what you do online guys!

Scam site. Seemed to try take money from my mothers revolute out of nowhere. Luckily she was able to block them on her revolute. Absolute Sc**m!!

I subscribed via Apple Pay due to an error, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting the customer support team. The overall feeling was great, and I will continue to subscribe if needed.

This company is a con all you do is click on an ad by mistake and they sign you up for £14.99 a month. I've blocked it on my card but can't get onto their site to cancel it so they keep attempting every month.

Scam taken money out of my account when I've not signed upto it

I have no idea how but this company has been taking £29.90 from my account each month. I do not have an account with them or recollection to signing up with them.

A link requesting 0.01p came up when I read the QR code whislt installing a ring doorbell. I then discovered that I had "signed up" for a £29.90 starting the next day. Conacted Nationwide imediatley and the marked it as a fraud on my account. Got a new card and hope it doesnt come up again, Deffinitely a scam

Definitely a scam. I have no recollection of signing up and their welcome email is addressed to Dear (random letters) and I found it in my junk file. £29.90 taken from my Halifax Credit Card. I got through to their fraud team and payment was declined, Card cancelled, and new one issued. Payment reappeared on my new card, also declined, card again cancelled, and new one issued. Payment reappeared and this time Halifax approved payment. Once again I contacted their fraud team and they refunded, but again cancelled my card. This time I told them to make the cancellation permanent as I could find no other way of getting rid of this ‘subscription’.
