Having unintentionally signed up to a monthly subscription, I contacted the customer services team who quickly resolved things and refunded the debited payment to my account. I appreciate their integrity and this demonstration of good customer relations.

Clicked on wrong link. They've gone through a lot of trouble to make it look legit. Damn scammers.

Just like some of the other reviews, I stupidly clicked on a pop up that I believed was linked to the app on my new fitness tracker and 1 pence (£0.01p) was taken out of my account by Learninglab.co. I immediately contacted my bank and the account was blocked. The next day they tried to withdraw £29.99p from my account. Please be careful of this scam.

I accidentally cliced on a pop up I thought would allow me to down load a map of the maldives, it asked me to pay £00.01which i did, unfortunately i had subscribed to learning lab pro the trial was for 1 day then I'd be billed £49.99/month thereafter, PANICK. I tried to cancel by email and it replied that they will contact within 24 hours, i didn't want to wait that long as i was very worried so i phoned the number after 3 attempts i got through to Kenza, their customer service person. I explained the situation and she asked a couple of questions and then she said my subscription was cancelled and i would recieve an email to that effect (recieved after 10 mins). She was very helpful and polite, thank you so much Kenza.

I mistakenly subscribed but quickly reached out to customer service for assistance. They promptly canceled my subscription and processed a refund. I truly appreciate their quick response and support. Thank you!

It deserves no stars . I too accidentally paid through Apple Pay and the next day was charged £14.99 . Tried to contact them by emails and it bounce back , phone call not going though either . I feel this is a scam and have contacted my bank and will persue a refund through the bank

After a confusing start where unsought ads popped up on my smartphone, including one from LearningLabPro, I made a subscription to them in error. When reaching out to LearningLabPro subscription help desk, I found them extremely helpful and willingly to ensure my best experience and they refunded my subscription immediately. I am very grateful for their understanding and support

Absolutely DISGUSTING steer clear of this I didn’t even know what it was and have never used the service I don’t know what service it actually offers they sent me a screenshot of my email address and a password that I would never have chosen I asked them for a refund and have been refused so it’s now going to be my bank who will want the refund since January they have taken £29.90 per month it’s hard enough to buy food never mind that much money for something I’m unaware of that absolutely thieves

I had a free trial. Upon being billed for the next month via my email address, I immediately canceled the subscription. I received an email that there was no subscription for my email address (LIE) and they couldn’t cancel. They suggested that I take a screenshot of my credit card and send it to them. (SCAM). Suddenly, when I refused this brilliant idea and said I would just dispute with my credit card, they found the subscription and canceled it. The punchline? They basically gave me the wording to review their customer service experience with 5 stars. I don’t think so.

Sneaky - suddenly my card company calls about charges from these learning labs people. Never heard of it. New card issued thankfully by my card team.

I would give no stars if I could. It’s a scam - they take slightly different amounts, going up each month and see how long they can get away with it. No response from customer service email, or any of the numbers listed on their site. Contact your bank and dispute it.

This is a scam. I had no idea that I had signed up to a monthly recurring subscription. I have emailed to cancel it but after reading other reviews I think I had better contact my bank as well.

This is a scam I didn’t get anything from this company and they took the money from my Monzo account. Monzo initially refunded me but now they’re taking it back saying that learning lab pro are entitled to that money, (although they’ve done nothing for me) Not sure how to take this further?

I subscribed through Apple Pay when I scanned a QR code, but only realized later that an automatic monthly subscription would follow after one day. As I had no internet connection for a few days on the ocean, I contacted the customer support team. The issue was promptly resolved, my money was refunded.. Exceptional customer support service!

I don't know how I even signed up for this service.
I was trying to find a discount code for strava and the next minute I was signed up for "thelearninglabpro".
They then took money from my apple pay on the 3rd of Jan.
I emailed to ask what had happened to cancel the subscription.
No reply and then money taken again in February. I have raised with my bank as appears to be a fraudulent company
