From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing, professional, helpful, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She made what can often be a stressful and frustrating experience feel smooth, easy, and completely stress-free.

Fiaza went above and beyond to help me find a home, keeping me informed, answering my questions, and showing genuine care and commitment every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, her attitude was outstanding, and her dedication to helping me was truly impressive.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about their clients. Fiaza is a true credit to her profession, and her outstanding service deserves to be recognised. Thank you, Fiaza, for all your help, patience, and professionalism. You made a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything you did.

If you’re looking for a letting agent who goes the extra mile, Fiaza Hiader is the person to contact. Absolutely outstanding service 20 stars without hesitation!

Excellent service provided by both Fiaza and Trinity. We were kept informed throughout the process from viewing to getting the house key (with a very nice welcome box with sweets). Leaders is an excellent letting agent. Thank you

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Leaders particularly Fiaza Haider from their team throughout the entire letting process.

From our very first interaction,Fiaza was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. She kept us informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions we had and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free.

Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. We really appreciated her patience, attention to detail and willingness to help whenever we needed it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Had a terrible experience with this agency.
Fiaza was half hour late for virtual viewing and quite unprofessional later on. The communication is lacking, she ghosted after getting all the information.

Fiaza Haider has been brilliant she was on time very friendly and has made the application process smooth and easy because of her i will happily use leaders again in the future. Really happy with her and the team.

Thank you so much for all your support throughout this process. I genuinely cannot thank you enough for everything you have done.
From our very first interaction, you have been professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. What stood out most to me was not only your expertise but also the genuine care and compassion you showed every step of the way. You always took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain things clearly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful experience.
Your communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt valued, respected, and reassured. You consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating integrity, dedication, efficiency, and a real commitment to achieving the best outcome possible.
It is rare to come across someone who combines such high levels of professionalism with warmth, empathy, and genuine kindness. Your support has meant more to me than words can express, and I am truly grateful for your hard work and unwavering commitment.
Thank you for everything. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, compassionate, approachable, and exceptionally good at what they do. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.

Trinity has been a great help in making the move go as smooth as possible

The entire progress from start to finish was very straightforward. Our showing with Fiaza was a very plesent experience and she was able to answer all questions we had while moving through the process of applying. We were in repeated contact with both Fiaza and Trinity who were both consistently helpful and professional helping to ease our nerves while waiting for approvals. When we picked up our keys we were given a charming gift box as a welcome package for our new home, it was a pleasure to work with such professionals.

I spoke with other LEADERS AGENTS but Lewis Langdell, is the BEST team members from LEADERS ESTATE ANGENTS to deal on.Always calm and polite when talking to you on phone or email. Lewis is very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process of moving in.
