Justin helped us from our first viewing until our move in date. Very friendly and informative. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

We have been with leaders since feb 2022 when we moved into our first home. Sophie Steven’s has been our property manager for this whole period and I can’t merely explain how helpful and dedicated she is to her role. Anytime we need to ask a question, I feel like I can ask her anything, no matter how small. Any reports of the house, she has always been straight on the case! I do feel very secure working alongside leaders.
And for that, I thank her and the team a lot!

Our experience with Leaders (Sarisbury Green branch) has been extremely disappointing. My wife and I viewed a property on Corvette Avenue, Warsash, with Justin, who was professional and helpful during the viewing. We made it clear that we were looking for a long-term home and were assured that this property was being re-let after a failed sale, with the landlord now intending to rent it out again.
Based on this information, we proceeded with referencing through Goodlord, signed a draft 12-month tenancy agreement, and submitted all financial documents. Shortly afterwards, we were told the landlord wanted to change the term to 6 months because he intended to sell the property in 2026. This was completely contrary to what we had been told.
We were further advised that under the upcoming Renters’ Rights Bill, we would have been able to stay for 12 months anyway, as fixed-term contracts would soon become irrelevant. This statement was factually incorrect — the Bill has not yet become law and would not have protected us from being served a Section 21 notice.
After taking legal advice, we withdrew from the tenancy and requested a refund of our holding deposit. We were informed the refund might take a week due to a new “CRM system.” As of writing this review, over two weeks later, the money has still not been returned. The Tenant Fees Act 2019 requires holding deposits to be refunded within 7 days where a tenancy does not proceed — a legal obligation Leaders has failed to meet.
To make matters worse, further research showed that the property had been listed as a short 6-month let and remained for sale with Leaders at the time we applied. That means we were encouraged to pay a holding deposit under misleading circumstances.
As someone who works in CRM systems professionally, I find the explanation that a “CRM change” is preventing refunds deeply concerning. CRM software does not handle financial transactions, and citing it as a reason to withhold client funds suggests serious internal management failings.
We have received only generic responses and apologies, with no clear resolution or accountability. Leaders has not only breached legal obligations under the Tenant Fees Act but has also failed in its duty of honesty and transparency under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Our experience has been one of poor communication, inaccurate information, and unacceptable delays. Based on this, I would strongly urge anyone considering using Leaders — whether as a landlord or tenant — to proceed with extreme caution.

We have dealt with Justin Morgan from Sarisbury Green office for over 3 years letting our property. He is diligent, consistent and a throughly lovely Guy. Leaders on the whole are great agency for home let’s.

This is my second time using their services, and once again, I’m very pleased with the experience. The team was attentive and professional throughout the process. Although there were some issues along the way, I truly appreciate that Brittany Rogers continued to follow up diligently—even during her holidays. The sales consultant Justin Morgan was also very dedicated in introducing suitable rental options, which made it much easier for me to find a new home smoothly. Thank you for your excellent service!

I'd like to express my gratitude to Justin for his help when I first moved to the area. However, a year later, we faced a stressful situation when our landlord announced that he was selling the property. Fortunately, we contacted Leaders Sarisbury Green, and their staff were incredibly helpful in finding us another property in the same area. Since we completed our move in November Sophie Stevens became our property manager and she has been nothing but helpful. If ever I have a question she is at the other end of the email replying straight back to me. She is a friendly talkative person who genuinely cares about who she is speaking to and care about her work. She is a real asset to leaders and we are grateful to have her as our property manager.

As a Landlord I am reviewing Sarisbury Green Branch of Leaders. I have been with Leaders for over 4 years now and being dealing with this branch all this time. I find the staff, specially the Manager Karen Arkell extremely helpful. She always have time for my requests and believe me, I have had many. I have already decided that when I want to stop being a Landlord, because of Karen, I would put my house for sale with Leaders. Overall I recommend this branch to all present and future Landlords.

The rental process was very straightforward and took less than 2 weeks from when we saw the property listed to when we got the keys. Julie at the Sarisbury Green office was very helpful, responsive and efficient.
