Only pay for vacant apartments, they can change their mind and leave you stranded
I was relocating from another country and after doing reference checks and paying for the apartment, I thought everything was sealed. I was given a contract to sign of which they said on the move-in day, the landlord will sign too. Almost a month later, I flew to the UK and was set to move-in, I was told that the tenant refused to move out, and so I could not move-in. I was left stranded with my family and refunded my money, with nothing done to get me another apartment as a replacement.

She took so much of the stress and strain away from me and I trusted her implicitly to act in my best interests. She is a credit to the Leaders team and I know that my property is in the best hands.
