Avoid like the plague!
If I could rate as zero, I would.
Absolute shambles of a letting agency.
No interest in tenant's needs, they consistently ignore or play down your requests for work and take landlord's side in everything. They tell outright lies, so if you're ever unlucky enough to rent through them, back up every single conversation in writing.
Been waiting 4 months now for a return of banned fees they took. Nobody gets back to you. Ever!
Boiler's had a condemned sticker on for 3 years - they won't do anything about it and insist it's 'only advisory.
Promised to support us trying to find a new home after a no fault eviction - received no help or call backs when properties came up, when they promised they'd let us know.
8 years of being refused permission to decorate or recarpet, only for permission to be magically granted after we'd received the Section 21 eviction notice.
They closed the Oakham branch we were with and never even bothered to tell us! Found out Stamford have taken over our property management through sheer luck.
Avoid at all costs is my advice.

They entered our property to show it without permission. Conned my 70 year old mother into the ‘cheap’ no deposit option…. Aggressive when dealing with customers.

Worst estate agents I've ever had the…
Worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you want to rent a property in Oakham or near DO NOT use these. I cannot fathom how this particular estate agents has any custom. They lie about fees and completely ignore emails and any kind of communication. I wish I could give any positive feedback, there was one lady in Stamford who seemed somewhat helpful.
