Leaders - Milton Keynes Omdömen 

We were being managed by Alan Francis and had quite a few issues. Including not reviewing when they said they would and our house being trashed. We were out of pocket more than £3k. Since Leaders took over, our point of contact is someone called Shannon. Who has been very proactive and probably one of the main reasons we have decided to keep our BTL with Leaders for now. I would recommend them but keep regular communication.

I have been dealing with Alan Francis for the past five years until Leaders took over. I must admit the start wasn’t good with loads of teething problems but I have since been dealing with Shannon who has always gone beyond and above dealing and keeping updated with any issues. She is an asset to the company and please keep up the good work

Catastrophe is a word I would use to describe the early days of the takeover of Alan Francis by Leaders. However the arrival of Shannon Clarke as our new account manager changed everything. She was calm, honest with information and quickly got everything on track. She retained us as a client, and once things settled down the service has been excellent.

We had major issues with leaders at the beginning with everything going wrong, however after Shannon was appointed as our property manager she was quick to put everything into place and not only heard us out but resolved all of our issues swiftly. She has been very helpful and we cannot thank her enough for that.

Any time we have an issue, Shannon in the office helps straight away! Hassle free renting 10/10

Our initial rent was with Alan Francis, who were taken over by Leaders in mid/late 2024. In October 2024, we moved out of the property. We applied for our deposit to be returned, but heard no response.

In December 2024, we chased them. Three phone calls, all of which said the person of interest would ring back (she didn't). I turned up in person to their offices, and was given reassurances that the deposit would be returned. After chasing for a further two months over emails and phone calls, we are still yet to receive the deposit. We have had to work through TDS to receive payment - this is still ongoing.

I would not use Leaders again based on our treatment

I am a landlord who has a fully managed property with Leaders. I have to say Shannon has been a breath of fresh air. When Leaders acquired Alan Francis I was ready to move Estate Agents as the impersonal service was unbelievable, it was clear I was just another figure and I didn’t want my tenants to get the same service. However, I called the office to advise I was leaving and moving the property and Shannon turned my opinion around. She took hold, owned and sorted all the issues. Moving on several months now and I’m staying with Leaders due to the personable service Shannon has shown.

I must say - the property management team in Milton Keynes are hardworking and dedicated. A special shout out to Shannon who took over managing our property when it was a mess and sorted all our issues out one by one.

We had some issues with leaders in the beginning but then everything was perfect after Shannon was assigned as our property manager. She took all the issues into consideration and was spot on in terms of actioning the same without any sort of delays. She was very helpful and our experience has been amazing since then.
