We are thankful that we got house through them very quickly specially Diana she has been so helpful always so kind it’s really nice of her thank you for your patience and help x

The agent (Bilal Raqeeb) was very helpful in getting us the property.

Very professional. The whole process has been amazing from start to finish. A big mention to Bilal Raqeeb at the Luton Branch has been great. Always in contact nothing was ever to much for him to help me out in getting all the paperwork sorted. Thank you once again and i would definitely use again.

I was well taken care of by Bilaal. He’s such an amazing agent and a very patient one at that. Right from day one he has always taken his time to explain things to me and has always made sure to follow up and make sure that all my documents have been submitted. He has been of really great help to me and I am looking forward to moving in soon.

Was a great experience with leaders and one of their agent name caitlin whybrow. She is very helpfull . And the day they handover the keys they give a gift box with it it was amazing . Great marketing

Really bad service / experience when it comes to renting with these, They forget about you for weeks / months / years without resolving issues that need resolving, which they incourage you to report on there website but you never get them resolved, One of many issues I'm having with them having asked to change the not working out of date smoke alarms from 2020. Their response every year is " dear sir, can you replace the batteries " shocking as it should be classed as health and safety issues.. but they are quick to take your money every month,
Please be careful in renting with Leaders luton.

My complaint was attended to at the quickest time. Thanks to Melika and team.
