Everyone was very professional and Efficient in responding calls and emails. They are Always there to help. I had a great experience with them.

Gabriel at Leaders Kingston helps me to follow up the agreement and provides prompt response with the landlord.

They managed to find a good tenant quickly and handled all the steps smoothly and efficiently. Everything was made easy and stress-free — I felt well supported from start to finish. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the property we recently rented through Leaders for £2,800 per month. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing, and the condition of the property is unacceptable.

Upon moving in, we discovered multiple serious issues which had not been disclosed or addressed beforehand:
• The kitchen drain is blocked, and pipes are leaking.
• Two bedroom windows cannot be closed properly, leaving gaps of 2–3 cm.
• A roof tile above the main entrance is loose and about to fall.
• The bathroom light is not working.
• One of the kitchen doors is nearly detached.

Due to these issues, we have been unable to cook or do laundry for nearly two weeks. With two children who must attend school, it is simply not possible for us to keep eating out and living under such conditions.

We believe these problems clearly constitute an emergency situation. However, despite our urgent need, no immediate assistance has been provided. This is unacceptable, especially given the significant rent being paid.

Dealt with Gabriel; he was in contact regularly; informative; helpful and timely as well as pleasant to deal with.

I'm astonished at how bad the service was.
- Recommended we listed just before Christmas but didn't arrange a viewing until 18th January
- Passed the account to someone who didn't live in the local area
- Almost no communication throughout
- Zero feedback on why viewers were not interested ("No reason, it just wasn't suitable" - erm...)
- Promises to get back to us with various information, but zero follow up
- Failed to answer or even acknowledge questions I asked
- "Leaders doesn't use Zoopla" - this bit is simply incredible. Feels ultra cheap.

Basically it could not have been worse, it was an enormous waste of our time at best and actually damaging to the sale of our home at worst. I'd like to discuss compensation.

Avoid at all costs.
Rented with them in October 2018. Asked to change rent payment date from 24th to 30th, no problems raised. Started receiving rent arrears statement, when got in touch with credit control they mentioned there were no problems with our rent payments. Reported various issues and problems over the course of our 4 years tenancy, only 10% were solved. Fast forward 4 years at our notice to leave, we are now left with having to pay for "rent arrears" because Annabel(property manager) did not do her job, the landlady claiming damages for the shower curtain which was reported at the first property visit and never fixed by her.
We will be paying and filing a lawsuit.
If you're thinking of renting with Leaders, do yourself a favour, and go private. JUST AVOID

Hi Annabel, I just really wanted to personally thank you again. You have been such a bright light and warm presence during this whole process. You are so professional yet so personable which is very important in this sector being able to make people feel at ease and safe. I keep saying to myself i hope my next property manager can live up to Annabel, i will be comparing everyone to you thinking hmm not they’re Annabel. You’ve made this a smooth process and made me feel hopeful about humans in general, i think wow she has such a warm spirit, and reminds me that there are still kindhearted people on Earth.
