New to Letting a Property
I am new to letting properties and Marcus Leek was on hand to deal with every question I had. He went over and above to guide me through the process without being pushy. I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me. I am truely so grateful to him for advising me on legal requirements, securing tenants (in record time) and putting me at ease along the way. I look forward to letting the next property with Marcus in the future.

Fantastic advisors, fantastic agency.
The adviser who dealt with me (Marcus) was very quik and efficient. I was sent everything promptly and once completed the advisor again acknowledged it by sending me an email, which put my mind at ease.
As far as agencies go, Leaders was by far the easiest to deal with. No faf, no jargon. Just clear rules and regulations ( if you will) and competent advisors.
Excellent experience.
