I would like to leave a review for my Housing Manager, Gemma B, in Chester.

Over the years that I have been renting through Leaders, Gemma has been consistently supportive, kind, empathetic, and exceptionally diligent. Whenever I have needed advice, assistance, or reassurance, she has always gone above and beyond to help, and her professionalism and dedication have made a genuine difference to my experience as a tenant.

Having dealt with Leaders for more than 17 years, I can honestly say that Gemma is the very best housing manager I have encountered. Her knowledge, expertise, and commitment to providing outstanding service are second to none. She combines professionalism with genuine care and understanding, which is a rare and invaluable quality.

I am incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and kindness she has shown me over the years.

Change of tenancy handled efficiently and timely

I have been with Leaders for about 5 years & have just relet my flat with them again. Chloe has been very efficient & professional. I have always found the staff at Leaders Chester very helpful especially Joana.

She Answers emails promptly, keeps me updated and is professional and helpful.

Leaders have taken over the letting of 5 properties for me in a month. It was particularly difficult as the previous letting agent had left a lot of maintenance undone, and missing paperwork. They have picked this up quickly and are in the process of correcting the issues. They have so far been very polite professional and efficient, very pleased with the service thus far.

Chloe was so helpful throughout this whole process. I got quick responses and she kept me updated if anything changed with the move. Anytime I had a question or needed help she was quick to provide a helpful answer and resolve any issues I had. :)

Leaders have marketed a rental property for me in Chester and quickly found good tenants, I have used them now for many years. I have found the staff very easy to contact and deal with, they are always polite and professional and have offered me a very good service.
