Throughout my process of finding somewhere to rent in Bromsgrove, Leaders and especially Holly has been incredibly helpful and responsive. When one application didn't proceed they helped find another property and sorted everything out for me. Contracts need careful reading
I just want to advise landlords to read their Leaders contracts really carefully. They have a clause which they believe enables them to continue acting as managing agent when the landlord has given notice. This is a specific Leaders clause.
This includes warning tenants to stop using gas appliances 6 months after Leaders stopped being the managing agent.
