Don't buy anything from this rubbish store
I bought a sweetshirt from a month and didn't wear it before this month
I wash it and a small piece of it change its color
So i went to carfour city center alex to change it
They told me to go to same branch which i brought it from in cairo because i don't have the receipt
So when i asked about the mobile number that they always ask about
they said they take it for advertising
And a shirt by 850EGP just used for once can use it as cleaning towels

The clothes are fine . The website is terrible mede. If you want to order you have to select the address. The problem is that the most of the address are not in the website.
You can NOT make an order. It is impossible.

Very disappointing online shopping experience. I filled my cart with clothes after moving to Georgia with hardly any of my own, only to find that the website isn’t set up to handle passport numbers from other countries that may include letters. I couldn't complete my purchase because the site requires a number-only passport ID with exactly 11 digits. This lack of flexibility is frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Get some New staff!!! Extremely provocative and condescending staff. Such a rough and stressful experience at the checkout. Before that, my mother was about to po her pants and was denied access to the toilet while the employee and guard laughed at her when she got back from toilet at a restaurant. (yes, maybe fun now, but not fun when you're in the situation)

Mall of Oman store - September 2024. Disrespectful staff, despite spending a lot of money during our visit. Management were not prepared to deal with our complaint and no one apologsed for the disrespectful behaviour of the staff member. They all have no clue about customer rights or satisfaction - a lot of training is required - a bad experience all around.

I’ve witnessed a theft today to one of my friends by one of their employees who left his bag for few moments in fitting room then the seller went inside for few seconds after that my friend went back to take his bag after figuring out his money was stolen and when we tried to check the cctv the refused and didn’t even call the police for us and kept us waiting for a very long time with nothing to help

I was at the cashier waiting in line
There were to cashiers working and both were busy when my son started to be fuzzy and crying I took him to buy perfume from the stand infront of the cashier Muamera Husenović I waited foe her to finish mind you there were no body waiting except me and later the line filled she looked at me and said that I have to go back
I told her I've been waiting for long and I was the first one she said i don't care go back I said no that's wrong you can go back to the cameras I was here I am waiting in line and sorry I thought it was 2 lines for the 2 cashiers she just Ignored me but started to take from me the stuff then another man came he cursed me in Bosnian said I was waiting here told me f'ck you and your mother and then that Muamera took from him the purchase and ringed his bill. Then she started to do my items very slowly my son was stressed I told her faster then another buyer a woman came over and asked the Cashier did she just told you to be faster then the both of them started pickering on me in Bosnian when I answered back she attacked me by saying are you Muslim then the line of buyers started to laugh at me.
Please tell me is that how you deal with a problem by throwing racist slurs at Arabs because I wear hijab?
That woman Muamera didn't ask anyone to stop that it was between us and no need for making a scene no she was enjoying the ganging on one arab mother with her son and the unjustified support of some of the Bosnian buyers.
She was giving me condescending looks her and the other cashier the one was working along side her..

I can't understand how is that the manner to handle a small thing and make it to escalate to a scene where a customer was humiliated and she calls herself a chef?
Is that how to contain a situation?
You as a company should represent your ethics
I came later with my Bosnian husband to file a complaint she was rude and the rest of the women staff were hostile and when we asked for the name of the manager the 2 cashiers women wouldn't tell us his name later after other Arab customers came over to support me they finally gave us his mane but won't give us his contacts like office telephone or email saying they don't know his contacts and that the manager doesn't have email.
I asked for her to call him she said that he is on a vacation and she doesn't know any other managers contacts which I think is wrong and not professional at all for a floor chef not have any means of contacts with the manager in case of big problems or crisis.
I would like for you as company that I value shopping from especially after boycotting all the other barns to show me that you have respect and care for a loyal customer and that your firm can deal in a better way without being racist and unprofessional as these employees unfortunately showed in that situation to be

I was tricked into using Miles and…
I was tricked into using Miles and Smiles vouchers from Turkish Airways to buy LCW gift vouchers. I am in Northern Cyprus and only after I bought the vouchers they told me that the vouchers are only valid in Turkey mainland. I spent 35 minutes on a chat trying to get them returned to Turkish Airlines or for some other resolution, but they do not care. I have now had 2250ytl taken from me by dishonest trading practices.
Also they only allow one 250ytl voucher per transaction, which is not made clear on the info from Turkish Airlines when buying the vouchers
