Love the cashmere sweaters I got a few and the quality is outstanding. Great customer service, couldn’t recommend more as I had a great experience and received my order same day.

Horrible horrible company and they removed my previous negative review - obviously a scam and fraud company who doesn’t want you to see the bad things. Long story short - in the shop they tried to scam me and put a higher amount into the card machine than the coat price. Secondly, they sold me a coat for
£950 which a week later I found out someone else sells for £350!! When I pointed this out to them they were rude and blocked me. The quality of coats is bad, they are basically falling apart. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

I absolutely love my coat, I purchased the new Louise in Ivory. It was delivered so quickly and the team were so helpful when it came to styling ideas! I have already received so many compliments on the coat, it’s definitely a timeless classic! I can’t wait to get it in more colours.

The model I bought is beautiful. The outside looks perfect, but inside clearly shows that this was made in china. There's a label showing an Asian size and the stitching is visible. The packaging I received was awful for a 'luxury' brand. Coats I have bought in this price range as least come with a dust bag to protect the garment. Overall I don't think the price reflects the lack of detail and care. Just look online and you'll be able to find some of the same models for cheaper.

Lcuppini is definitely my favorite coat brand! Not only are ALL of their coats perfectly made super classy, and all in all beautiful, but the customer service is also something that should be spoken about bc it truly deserves an award! Thanks to them was able to pick the perfect coat for myself, and I couldn’t be any happier. Currently ordering a new one!

If I could give more stars I would! Very trustworthy. Amazing customer service, very fast shipping, and the products are wonderful! The fur and the cashmeres are durable and the quality is excellent. My Roma Cashmere Coat turn heads!!! I feel so elegant and luxurious on it. Lovely brand <3

L.Cuppini is my go to for winter, their beautiful colors, perfect cuts and beautiful packaging are the best! Definitely recommend. Big plus is their super responsive customer service when in doubt in terms of sizing ;)
