I ordered a Hooded Alexandra Coat to be shipped to Lisbon, Portugal and had to pay 812,06€ to Customs. Be aware of the Customs duties if you are ordering from EU countries as you will be charged such a very significant amount.
The coat is not as luxurious as I expected, lesson learned.

I happened upon L Cuppini on Instagram and immediately fell in love with all of the styles of coats. I ordered the Paris coat in black first and was thrilled when it was as beautiful as I hoped it would be! The fur and camel hair are so soft and look luxurious. I almost immediately placed an order for the Aspen and this coat is beyond! Love that it’s a coat and a vest but the fur trim on the sleeve and being reversible really make it the perfect cold weather parka. The style, quality and timelessness of this brand make it worth every penny! I will be ordering more in the future!

Saw an influencer wear the Aspen coat and I fell in love!! When they had a sale, I ordered it and the package arrived fast. The quality is amazing for the price and it’s constructed very well and feels very modern and stylish. Added bonus—it can be worn a few different ways. Received a lot of compliments on it and wouldn’t hesitate getting more coats from L. Cuppini!

Being on a business trip to the UK I made sure to pay a visit to the L.CUPPINI store in Chelsea. Previously I have bought several items online. The beautiful interior exceeded my high set expectations and the given personal service was impeccable. Not to mention the amazing high quality garments! Absolutely obsessed with my Green Marylebone jacket! Quality is beautiful. I’ve been ogling Cuppini jackets for years, so happy with my purchase. However, I was extremely disappointed when I went to collect my jacket from the store. Whereby, the door was locked I was greeted by a sulky unengaging teenager.
Pitiful service, really not what you expect when you pay £400 for a jacket. Very disappointing and now off-putted me from the brand and future purchases!
