I am absolutely in love with my cashmere coat! The quality is incredible and the customer service was just as incredible. They helped me with sizing and made sure that I got the coat super quickly , as I had an event I wanted to wear the coat for.

These are the best products I have worn in a long time. The quality is amazing, the sizing is accurate and there is not a single product that I don’t like. I can not get enough and can’t wait to purchase a new coat very soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOVE MY COATS! I made my first order from this brand in the fall of 2020 and a second order in the fall/winter of 2021. The fact that I’ve made two purchases is for me a clear sign that I really like the products and also the brand! Every time I order with them the item has arrived very quickly, with DHL express (I live in Norway so I don’t take that for grated), when I’ve had questions they have answered my emails same day and always been super helpful with all of my questions. I will DEFINITELY buy a third coat this fall! Love following them on Instagram seeing how to style the coats and also all the other happy customers sending in pics wearing theirs

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASICALLY A SCAM
Bought a coat from them in March 2022, had issues with the delivery and I never received my parcel. Exchanged conversation with the owner and founder Lea via WhatsApp and email but her response was absolutely disgusting and when I contacted them for more help and tried to get information to resolve my query and possibly get compensation for a breach of contract they replied that they would sue me for harassment. I am not going to bother my time and energy on this petty little company and take this as a lesson learned. However, do not support this company who does not give **** about their customers after having made a sale. (EDIT: they flagged this review because there are other companies selling the same coat for lesser price 😂 do your research girls!)
