The service provided was not aligned with expectations. They blocked the road so other cars could not get by to do the school run. Utter disregard and bad manners.

The safety and professionalism of our drivers are extremely important to us. We do not condone poor behaviour towards the public and will be looking into the concerns raised and discussing them with the relevant individuals.
In some situations, delivery conditions may require a vehicle to temporarily obstruct access while materials are unloaded. However, we expect our team to remain courteous and considerate throughout the process and will investigate this matter accordingly.

I was very pleased with the service…
I was very pleased with the service provided by Lawsons Merton. Everything was delivered by a loft loader directly into the garden, saving me a couple of days of moving it from the front of the house. Especially a big thank you to Dave, who was dealing with everything and made everything smooth and professional.

Fab skirting board experience
Used to buy skirting boards. Damon was super helpful in the shop, talked me through all info and prices for various different options. Really efficient when it came to ordering and delivery. Everyone I spoke to an interacted with was fab. Flawless!
