Customer service was helpful and responded quickly. Was able to get a 72 hour hold removed so that I could use the gift cards instantly instead of 3 days later.

When I first used Launching Deals it was a year ago when I bought a bundle for Microsoft office. Once I bought it, they sent the code way before the said time. Now, I didn’t use the code until this year and that’s when I realized they only sent one. Not too long ago, I emailed them and told them the situation, and even though it was over a year, they still helped me with no problem. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is. Definitely recommend! Thank you once again!

I purchased windows 11 and MS Office suite. When I had emailed questions, customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me all along the way. I gave it 4 stars only because my first product key for office didn’t work but they immediately resolved the problem.

I encountered an issue with my voucher redemption and contacted customer service for assistance. I did not have high hopes that the issue would be resolved but customer service stayed in constant communication with me until it was successfully completed .
