I made an error when ordering something and thought my order was wasted. I contacted customer support and they were able to fix my error and forward me my online order with no issues. Not many businesses will fix a customer error, but they did without hesitation. It definitely has caused me to want to increase my Groupon purchases.

Dealing with Launching Deals has been great! Not only was my original purchase a bargain and super easy, but when I had a technical problem months later, they responded to my email and had my problem resolved in less than a day.

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 through a third party GOVX. I was worried when the purchase landed with a company I never heard of (Launching Deals) but the process was smooth, fast, and without issues. I immediately received the emails and instructions and was using the software within 5-10 min. I received a follow up email from the company a few days later checking if all was smooth. What more can you ask for? Five stars.

Customer service is excellent!. I purchased MS Office Pro Plus 2021 and received Warning message from Windows OS about the app during installation. I contacted customer service, and they responded with another product key. I ended up not using the re-issued key. They were very professional, and I could tell from the emails we exchanged, very happy to help. I have purchased from this site before, but didn't leave my review the first time. Very satisfied each time.

I bought a Disney gift card, which usually has a 72-hour release hold before the card is emailed to you. Since I was visiting Disney World before the hold period, I contacted customer service to request an expedited release of my gift card. To my delight, customer service responded promptly within a few hours and helped me ensure that I received my gift card before my visit. The customer service at Dining Dollars is truly exceptional, and I’ll definitely be using their website again.

Awesome service, my Office Pro key was coming back as "invalid" After a few screen shots to show them what was going on, they emailed me a key that was fully functional.

I had an amazing experience corresponding with the customer service department for Launchingdeals.com. I had an issue with redeeming a deal on their website so I emailed them to get assistance & they had the fastest and most friendly response time of any website or company I’ve ever contacted. They did their best to help me try and resolve the issue and once they determined it didn’t work they refunded my money with no issues. I really appreciate that level of customer service and not having to go through a hassle to get my money back.

My employer works through Launching Deals for discounts and I ordered Win11 Pro for a PC build. Not only was the price amazing, but the service was awesome. I bought this months ago, and ran into an issue with the PC and needed the product key again. When I emailed the company after hours for the code, I got an answer back within 5 minutes! Now, that is service. PC is back up and running and I didn't have to wait days for support. Definitely would use them again for deals!

The customer service is spectacular, although you have to create a new email for a response they get back with you very quickly. They gave me a brand new product key after mine didn’t work while also giving me the steps to use the same one.
