Can’t wait to get my next box for me, usually buy the boxes as birthday gifts, packaging is professional and a great gift to give to your loved ones .

I have bought loads of these boxes and every single one have been amazing. Out of all the boxes I have only had one box that has had some duplicates in it but they were amazing products so I can't fault it. I can safely say if you get any of these boxes you will not be disappointed and will definitely go on to buy more guaranteed. I have never had any issues at all delivery has always been fast and never had any damaged items I am already going on to purchase another and I have already bought two that I received last week. The items you receive are mostly full size so well worth the money thats what attracts me to these boxes.

I have been able to try and test products that I would not have even considered using and identifying what products work best for me while getting absolutely outstanding value for money ,the delivery is very fast I absolutely recommend trying them you won't be disappointed

I am so impressed with the quality and volume of items in these boxes! When I find one I like I often buy a second one to stock up on items that I otherwise probably couldn’t afford. To me, opening a box is a little like Christmas morning as a child because there is so much there that I don’t know where to start.
The value in these boxes is amazing and there are often discount vouchers that can be found online for even better value. I absolutely recommend Latest In Beauty and will continue to purchase from them myself

My favourite beauty edits by far! There’s always that element of excitement when waiting for the delivery. Amazing value, amazing products! Whenever I have had to speak to their customer service, they have always been amazing, swift responses within the timescale given and always willing to resolve any issues. Absolutely 5 stars without a doubt!

So much fun to receive one of these boxes. Many of these types of boxes you like one or two things in the box but with these i usually love it all. Great brands in the box and a great mix of types of products from luxury to more affordable pieces to rebuild.

The Dupe or Rival edition was brilliant value for money, and there were some amazing products in there, including the Moroccan Rose facial oil which is a firm favorite of mine, and the perfume oil smells absolutely gorgeous, perfect for Autumn 🍂

I love the products in my Latest in Beauty box. It’s great value for money. I would anyway purchase some of the products included in a box, but this way I got so much more for my money, with a bunch of new products to try.

I have been buying boxes and edits from lib for years and always love the items I receive. The packaging is always good too and they are such good value. I keep telling myself I have enough cosmetics and cleansers etc then I get tempted and buy more. There are many brands and products which I have bought again after discovering them in a lib box so I will continue to give in to temptation.

I love the boxes! They are like full of surprises and delights. Some of the brands they introduce are very good but you'd never think you'd buy them because you never heard of them. They introduce new beauty products which are very exciting.

Ordered a mystery box for 18 pounds and we were delighted with the contents, skincare, make-up and hair care. Plus no duplicates. Would definitely recommend them. The ordering and delivery was a smooth and accurate process too.

They don’t ship to Wales even though it’s part of the UK. It took several chatbot style emails offering no real explanation, that led me to leave a poor review which finally provided an explanation.

Hopefully they resolve this issue for other Welsh customers soon.

Ordered a Mystery Box but received the Men's Grooming box instead when I'm a woman!? Sent them an email with photo attached, then got an email back asking for a photo which I'd already sent. I've been told I have to return the incorrect box at the post office at my inconvenience and they will not send correct box until I upload proof of postage! Its just turned into a massive inconvenience for me because of their mistake as their staff couldn't check the order properly! I'm not convinced they will even send the correct box! Not very impressed and it has now put me off ordering anything else.

Please do not buy from this company. The customer service I received from “Taylor” is terrible and actually quite rude. I have ordered three boxes from them, one which had a product missing and on the last occasion they sent the wrong box. I asked them to send out what I had actually ordered and they expect me to go to the trouble of posting the wrong box back then uploading proof before they will even consider send out what I ordered in the first place. I am truly shocked at the way I have been treated and will never buy from this sham of a company again. They obviously couldn’t care less about their customers.

That's all well and good Tina but I live 10 miles from the nearest post office and don't drive. How am I meant to return an item I did not request without it costing me a lot of money and time? When a decent company makes an error they would arrange for delivery of the item the customer did not order and send out what they did order. It terrible customer service. I did not order or want the box but it is now up to me to go out of my way to put your mistake right.

I DID NOT change address, the delivery was made to an incorrect address YOUR ERROR.
I did try to contact you-no phone available, and despite explaining very clearly the problem they still blamed me.

I LOVE your boxes sooo much! I've been buying them for years! I don't know how you sell such amazing products for so cheap! In over 6 years of regular orders I only had 1 idem missing from a box. I emailed customer service and they send me the missing item. Thank you! You're amazing!

I recently received a box that contained a hair care product that was only two weeks away from its expiry date. I can only get a few uses out of it before it expires, and it was one of the higher value items in the box.
