Expensive Return charges.
Clothes are beautifully made, really happy with the quality of the first and second dress I ordered. Presentation and packing were really well done.
Sadly the second dress I ordered was too big so I returned it, the dress with postage it cost £94.95. After they received the return i got a refund of £81.05. The return cost £13.90!! I understand a standard return charge but this just seems excessive!

I'd like to address your concern related to our returns process. You will appreciate we are a fledgling new business and this necessitated that we link our returns administration to off the shelf financial and distribution systems, i.e. it is not a bespoke system as the costs of developing one were prohibitive.
We have however chosen our logistics partners very carefully in a genuine desire to ensure our customers get the very best overall experience from us. Your feedback is invaluable and we will continue to work hard in the background to improve our services and reduce any costs to our customers as and when we can.

Love the hooded anorak
Love the hooded anorak. I ordered my size and felt it was too big and long in the arms so ordered the size down which was perfect. Still oversized but proportionate. Disappointed tho that I had to pay P&P to return the larger item hence one star less.

Amazing Customer Service & Quality
I’ve required the advice of the customer service team on a couple of occasions and their response has always been prompt, very friendly and extremely helpful. Orders arrive in 2 days or less making any exchanges really easy, and orders are always packaged beautifully and with care. I’d recommend these pieces for great quality at a very reasonable price point.

What a fantastic brand
What a fantastic brand. The quality is amazing, the packaging extremely high standard and beautiful and the customer service team are very efficient. I ordered two dresses and unfortunately one had a hole in the seem. I emailed customer services and they sent me a replacement dress out the next day. That is truely fantastic service. I will be buying again.

Candles
Ordered candle set, when this arrived it was two black candles instead of one pink and one black. It wasn’t necessarily a huge problem. I emailed customer service and they immediately offered a pink candle, I thought this was amazing service. The candle themselves smell amazing. Looking forward to burning them. Thank you.
