The dress was way too big and the material felt rough against my skin so disappointed. And the charge for returning is daylight robbery and so hard to sort, you pay for delivery and returning not sure this company will last with those charges sorry.

International buyers beware
Item shipped at expected timeframe and arrived nicely wrapped.
Website indicates return is around £6 and does not state anything in addition for international buyers.
Requested a return since item is waaayyyy too big and was informed the next day that returning as an international buyer would be £40 with a provided label or on my own decision with another shipper.
Makes no sense to return as refund will be small…

Dreadful experience clothes are nasty and cheap looking and returns policy abysmal
I tried twice to return the unwanted clothes twice at dhl service points in knutsford Cheshire and was unable to print the dhl barcode
After contacting the la space website beware future customers no direct telephone line all through e mail
was told through same e mail each time maybe try and send at my own costs
Never again con artists operating this website avoid at your own peril

There are two separate aspects of this which I would like to address but firstly, I would sincerely apologise that your experience was certainly not what we here at L.A-Space would have wanted, and is at odds with that of the vast majority of our customers.
That said I am keen to assist where I can. With regards your assertions relating to the quality of our clothing range, I have to respectfully disagree. We have very carefully sourced our supplies to deliver the very best quality of clothing at our price point for the designs which are developed in-house.
Your second concern related to our returns process. You will appreciate we are a fledgling new business and this necessitated that we link our returns administration to off the shelf financial and distribution systems, i.e. it is not a bespoke system as the costs of developing one were prohibitive. We have however chosen our logistics partners very carefully in a genuine desire to ensure our customers get the very best overall experience from us. I have in your case validated the returns you have made and as a gesture of goodwill will arrange a refund of our standard return charges once we have received your items back to us.

The Austin co ord
I bought the ‘Austin’ Co ord in my usual size but the bottoms were baggy so I was disappointed that I couldn’t do a free exchange. I had to pay the return postage and order the smaller size.
All the buttons started to come off during the first wear so I’ve had to get those secured.
However the quality of the fabric is really good and the suit is stylish.
