Awful Returns Policy
Sizing is really difficult to work out. I purchased a £50 item. It cost £5.95 for delivery. I need to return as the sizing was wrong (I ordered an item in a smaller size than usual and it was still too large). There was a £2 processing fee for returns and a £5.95 fee IN ADDITION if you use their returns.
This is close to being a scam - no other retail company charges for delivery and returns as well as a processing fee.

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Asked to send photos of the fault and issue with leggings. Them basically told there was nothing they could do as I had worn them twice. WHY ASK FOR PICTURES
Leggings grew bigger and baggier as day went on.

Exceptional Customer Service
Upon receipt of the Estelle dress I noticed an issue with the item so contacted the Customer Service team at LA Space who I have to say were exceptional from start to finish in ensuring I received a replacement dress in time to take away on my wedding anniversary trip to Santorini. Excellent communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble and quick and efficient delivery. Great quality clothes for real women shapes!
I follow Lorna on instagram and when she started LA Space I was really chuffed. As i love her style. And I think she really thinks about normal body shapes! So I was looking forward to ordering something! i finally ordered a dress in the summer. It was a last min purchase before a holiday. I took a look at the size guide as in a different size in different shops. And I ordered accordingly to the guide and so pleased I looked the dress arrived and fits perfectly. I’ve lost a bit of weight but due to the style it still fits! It arrived beautifully packaged and came I less than two days. I wore it multiple times on holiday and can’t wait to wear it again!
I’ve been wanting the Vermont anorak since I first saw it advertised, but being a bit pricey it was more of splurge present so I waited. It then went out of stock. But o saw a few days ago it was back in stock in all sizes. Again I was really nervous about ordering a size. As I was aware of their returns policy and wanted to try and avoid a return if possible. After reading some reviews and the description of the dress I down sized. I went for size 2 and previously had ordered an 3 in the dress. And so pleased I did. I’m a 12-14 and only just 5ft. So do struggle with oversized products. But WOW, what can I say the anorak arrived today. It fits really well. Plenty of room for a cosy jumper underneath if needed. The sleeves are slightly too long for me but all clothes I buy, especially jackets this is usually the case. This is definately not something to complain about. Just wanted to mention it in case other people have shorter than average arms like me! But if anything it will keep my hands warmer in the winter! I was going to save it for my trip to Dublin in a few weeks. But actually going to wear it all the time. It’s so comfy. And perfect for this time of year!!
The company is brilliant, and will definately be buying from here again!

Be careful/Be Aware ….
Be careful/be aware…. Ordered dress …. Hugely oversized compared to description. So returned same day as received. I fully appreciate the need to charge p&p out and return post, not sure why the need to charge not only high p&p both ways, but an additional £2 restocking!! Out of a £40.95 spend, I got refunded £27.05! Can see who is winning here!! Disappointed as Lorna comes across as really lovely lass on insta!
