Amazingly beautiful quality
I ordered the Delphine knitted jumper and joggers in the Boxing Day sale.
Firstly delivery is perfect. It is DPD so it’s a set fee but I think for the brand this is fine and adds to the luxury element. The packaging is also lovely.
The joggers were just right in terms of length, I’m 5’10 and the just rest on my ankle so any taller and they may be too short. I think the sizing is a bit difficult (the knitted jumper is a little too oversized) but I think if you order regularly and get the hang of it it’s fine.
The quality though is next level. I ordered this set as a work from home outfit and it’s thick and comfortable. The material is clearly quality and I honestly love them. I’m scared to actually wear the set and ruin it!
I would definitely order again.

Love this brand so much
I recently had the pleasure of shopping for some new clothing at the pop up and online and I couldn't be happier with my selections! Each piece is not only stylish but also incredibly versatile and comfortable.
First, the **classic white shirt** is a staple in my wardrobe. Its fit is perfect, providing a sleek and polished look that works well for both casual and professional settings. The fabric is high-quality, allowing for breathability while maintaining a crisp appearance throughout the day.
Next, I grabbed a **grey wool vest** that has quickly become one of my favorite layers. It adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit and is perfect for transitioning from autumn to winter. I love how I can use for casual and dressy.
The **white dress** is stunning! It has a flattering silhouette that complements my figure, can’t wait for holiday to wear it.
Lastly, the **funnel jumper** is a cozy addition. It’s perfect for chilly days, and the funnel neck adds an extra layer of warmth while keeping me stylish. It’s already a favourite for lounging or running errands.

Shocked that they charge you a return…
Shocked that they charge you a return fee , unacceptable terms in my opinion , yes don’t refund postage I get that , but to charge an additional fee is just robbery and not the best start to a new company , been following Lorna for a few years now and this is very disappointing, you can’t capitalize on customers supporting your new business , needs to re think this handling fee if they want to make it with other online retailers as people will eventually just stop buying I’m afraid

Really bad customer service & clothing
Really bad customer service, DHL return does not work. Stuck with a jacket I do not want!!!
Arrived in an awful condition. Scam company for sure.
Would not order again.
There is no number to call, they take days to get back to you, and to top it all they charge for a return as well as one having to pay to return the item.

We have however chosen our logistics partners very carefully in a genuine desire to ensure our customers get the very best overall experience from us. We do offer the alternative option to return a parcel to us via your own method if this is a more convenient option for our customers, and this of our means you would not be charged for the prepaid returns label we issue.
Please accept our apologies for response times during the month of December, I'm sure you can appreciate that this is our busiest trading month and our small team are working extremely hard to ensure all customers are responded to and their queries are resolved.

Fantastic products with great service
Fantastic customer care team are truly caring and go above and beyond to sort any issues or enquiries you may have. Products are of a high quality with unique designs. They are well packaged with every item having it's own dust bag.

Ordered a suit
Ordered a suit, it was not packaged well, screwed up into 2 small bags, difficult to see how it looked on as so creased. Was very large on sizing which I knew was the look but didn’t suit me it was huge Tried to return using the DHL link, it did not work, didn’t recognise my order number. There is no phone number to call so e mailed & I must admit customer services did reply the same day. Had to send back tracked with Royal Mail so I hope I get my refund! Could not register the return online as once you click the DHL return link (and that didn’t work) you unable to click on the return my item button. Not a particularly good system in my experience.

Great Experience!
Not only are the clothes gorgeous, well-made and well-tailored, but the customer service is phenomenal. I purchased the Morgan coat with my first order and the sizing was too large. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a return since I live in the US and the company is based in the UK. However, not only was customer service friendly and quick to respond, but also offered to send me back an exchange of the correct size and cover the shipping on the coat that was sent as an exchange. The shipping was fast and efficient, and contact with the team continued throughout. Cannot say enough good things about this company or their service- will certainly shop with them again!
