Recently purchased a very nice item Well made. But l was not offered any discount on signing up also the return costs which are taken from your returns are rather costly Royal Mail Tracked is far cheaper. Also you pay shipping on ordering.
I really like the items but will think twice before ordering again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed by the lack of a sign-up discount and the return costs. We do aim to be as transparent as possible with our returns process, and we completely understand that costs can be a concern.
Just to clarify, we always give customers the option to return items using their own method if they find this more cost-effective than using our prepaid courier label. This information is clearly outlined in our returns policy, and many customers choose Royal Mail or other services for convenience and savings.
We always take customer feedback onboard and this will help us continue to improve both our services. We hope to welcome you back as an L.A-S customer in the future!

Purchased a dress for £60 and can’t…
Purchased a dress for £60 and can’t fault it. Weighty good quality fabric, which is far better than many much more expensive items I’ve had, designed with pockets as well. Ordered and delivered well without any issues. Genuinely impressed at both the design, quality and processing of order. Would purchase again if I saw something that appealed.

Received the email to say that the items that I wanted were back in stock. Ordering was nice and easy and the size chart was easy to follow.

The most luxurious pjs ever
When I received my toile satin pjs I was very pleasantly impressed the quality was so good the finish and attention to detail is amazing and I really love the bag they come in it’s very handy when going away.

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! ⭐️ I had a small issue with the wrong product being picked and dispatched, and let’s be honest human error do occur, especially with smaller business. I have to say the LAS Customer Service Team were exceptional at resolving the matter. They responses soooooo quickly. Offered quick resolutions and went above and beyond. Most importantly they were politely and friendly the whole time. I cannot fault them. It might have started with a slight error but all in all I’ve ended up loving the brand even more than I did before!!

Really disappointed with your returns…
Really disappointed with your returns process. It is not on par with other small but growing businesses. As a customer to pay for delivery regardless of spend amount, then to be charged this again for returns plus an additional fee for processing is disappointing and off putting. I’m unlikely to place another order due to this. Especially as your sizing is so difficult to gauge, particularly for oversized items. No one wins in this situation - customer’s disappointment items don’t fit then have to pay even more to return than they did to receive the items in the first place. LAS don’t have to fork out for postage but they deter repeat customers once they experience this.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. As a new brand, we do have a lot of overheads to manage, and while we’re still growing, we’re always listening to customer feedback and working hard to improve our processes.
We recently made the change to DPD as our returns courier, which has allowed us to lower the charges for returns. We hope this helps make the process more convenient for our customers in the future. We’re also working on better sizing information to reduce any uncertainty around fit, especially for oversized items.
