I bought the camel jacket, which arrived within two days in its own drawstring bag, which was in a lovely box with lovely tissue paper.
I work in Fashion and Textiles and the design, fit and quality of this jacket is excellent. Such a good price too.

Great fit for shorter customers!
I recently purchased the toile print shorts & camisole set and matching robe.
I was so pleased when LA Space brought out the shorts set, as I'd had to return the pj's; due to the trousers being too long. No real issues with the shorts set. Good quality material and well made, although the elasticated headband won't stay on my head and the wadding in the eye mask isn't flat, so that may cause issues after washing.
The Kimono robe is lovely, but needs a few improvements to be perfect. Namely, a tab to hang it up with, an interior tie to stop it gaping open, and belt tabs in the same material. The thin ropey tabs currently used never last and, for me, they reduce the overall feeling of quality.
Please remember your bustier customers when designing items, as they sit very differently on us, and it is near impossible to keep this robe closed!
Overall, I'm happy with the products and feel good when I'm wearing them.

Outrageous postage fee
I haven’t received the goods yet however my gripe is with the cost of the postage. I used the ‘shop’ option where it automatically filled in my stored customer details & banking info and I only need to enter in a code.
I clicked on purchase and just as it was approving I saw the cost of postage was $180AUD!!! I would have cancelled the order, if I’d seen this. I almost died at this price (I’m assuming the package would have weighed no more than 3kg.). How is this rate calculated?!!
On this alone, it took what were responsibly priced garments to being very expensive ones.
I REALLY hope I love the pieces I bought.

We understand how frustrating this must have felt, especially when using express checkout options where details are pre-filled. Please know that all postage costs are clearly communicated at checkout before confirming payment, and they’re also outlined in our Shipping Policy available on our website.
As a small and growing business, international shipping can be a significant overhead, especially when sending parcels across the world. At this stage, we’re unfortunately not in a position to absorb those costs, but we are actively working on finding ways to make shipping more affordable for our customers as we grow.
That said, if you had contacted our customer service team right away, we would have been happy to assist or cancel the order prior to dispatch.

Great quality and brand!
Beautiful pieces, great quality, fantastic brand! I have many pieces from the collections, I tend to order a number of sizes as the sizing can be different between a number of the collections. My removal of a star would be there delivery prices, I’ve paid as much as £16 to return an item due to price security with Royal Mail but other than that great customer service and products.

Awful shirt
Awful shirt. It is supposed to be oversized however, instead of looking intentionally oversized, it just looks 3 or 4 sizes too big. Rather than being a straight shirt it is fitted, and therefore on the hips, just looks ridiculous and terribly unflattering. The cotton is also horrible, not good quality fabric at all.
