Very poor service.
Paid over £500 for timber for a garden project on the pretence of a stated 3-5 day delivery. 4 days later and no communication re. A delivery date so I try calling and messaging. Eventually I have got through to someone only to be told there may be a delay and they cannot tell me when my delivery date will be. They have however taken my money.
Really really poor.
Do not take customers money if you cannot fulfil orders in the timescales given.
The fact that I have only been told once I have chased them is terrible.
I would have ordered elsewhere if I had been told delivery times were longer as I had other options.

* Update. I was told I would get contacted the next day after they chased the supplier, I wasn't. I then chased again the next day only to be told as it was late on Friday they couldn't give me an answer but would contact the supplier and call me on the Monday. Unsurprisingly, I wasn't contacted on the Monday.
Generally really poor, disappointing service. I will not be using again.

Very helpful when I phoned to discuss the order on the Monday, and 20 square meters of paving stones were delivered on the Friday of that week. Can't ask for more than that.

All good, delivery and product very good

After a couple of failed efforts from a much more well known company to get a new garden furniture set first delivered and then delivered correctly, We stumbled across a set we really liked from this company. Bit apprehensive given it was a good chunk of money to be parting with but patience wasn’t running high and we decided to bite the bullet and go with it with this company that we hadn’t heard off. Can’t fault it to be honest from start to finish. Good communication throughout and very quick delivery and more importantly, Delivered correctly and not damaged! Will have no hesitation using this company again

Unbelievably fast delivery (small order), was dispatched within an hour of ordering and arrived next day!

Ordered one £1.4K item that was shown 'in stock, deliver tomorrow'. Called up the next day to see whether it had been shipped. No, not at all, in fact they didn't have any stock, the item had been discontinued, and the the company suggested an alternative - but clearly they we're not going to bother to call me until I asked why it hadn't turned up. I asked for the alternative item to be delivered direct to site. The salesguy took the address ... and then delivered it to the original address. So, the 'in stock, next day delivery' item that was meant to be delivered on Tuesday actually got to site too late on Friday and then only by me badgering it along and moving it personally from one place to another.

So I brought some patio sealer stripper on a Tuesday , granted I didnt expect the stripper order to be processed until the following day. I contact customer support today a week later to ask if my order had been sent as im on a time related job and after half an hour of waiting im told its not even been sent. Site says 3-5 working days for delivery , mines not even been sent 5 working days later !!

: Edit : So update after e mailing per response below , no reply to e mail but then the automated e mail reply says 2 days to respond (why am I not surprised). I again I try and get help via chat online , after waiting ages first support person joins chat and immediately leaves. I then try again , wait and im dealt with another customer support who tells me they need to contact the supplier ??? , im then told they can't get through to the supplier and that they will try e mailing them or calling them tomorrow.

So in short nobody has a clue where my order is , if its been sent , if its in stock or anything and nobody has seen fit to contact me .... Cheers

This sight certainly has items others don’t , we were very pleased with the product but the small print ie: all items to be checked as no liability accepted after delivery was a bit daunting, thank god the builders helped to check them quickly with us as the poor delivery driver would have been very late leaving. The cost of delivery is questionable also particularly when spending a lot of money with the company, hence only 4 stars.

Had what I needed, the website had clear and accurate descriptions. I will use again.
