Very poor experience – I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order expecting it to be delivered within the timescale given. Since ordering, I have discovered that the order appears to be being fulfilled from India, and I have now been given several delivery dates which have come and gone without the goods arriving.

Communication and the repeated failed delivery promises have left me with very little confidence in this company. Based on my experience so far, I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy and reliability of the operation.

I have given the company sufficient opportunity to deliver what I paid for. If the goods are not supplied as promised, I will now be pursuing recovery of my money through my credit-card provider under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, as appropriate.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering to exercise caution and check exactly where the goods are being dispatched from and what protection they have before making payment.

I ordered from Landscaping Superstore because my usual local woodyard, J Gard & Sons Ltd were only listing decking in 4.2 metre lengths - I wanted 3.6 metre lengths. When my order arrived, I was surprised to find it delivered by Gard's! Rechecking their website, it was updated to show various lengths - presumably they had by then received a new delivery. It would have been cheaper if I'd waited - I'll have to put it down to experience !

We are a trade specifier, and get large modern water tanks and storage from several suppliers.
We are used to seeing technical literature.
The technical literature misses out key details, mainly , in not having any lid access to it at all!! It is a completely sealed unit ,which isn't stated anywhere. This is important if you want to feed into the tanks in different ways /proximities and not just from a vertical downpipe , or just to link a couple of tanks together.
The colour representation on the website literature is not as it appears in real life. We ordered a sandstone color and it is radically different from every other suppliers version of "sandstone"..which I would call a light creamy beige...what came is very deep reddy caramel!The client and everyone else onsite thought it was deep bricky pink.
The did offer us a discount ,but I had to keep chasing for replies and resolution..I will have to paint it to match other tanks in situ. I think their details leave much to be desired if you're relying on the details!

Ordering was fairly straightforward. The website gave an appropriate delivery date, but we didn't get a confirmation. I left it a few more days then contacted Customer service who said there had been a mix-up and sorted out a delivery date. It wasn't a problem as there was no real urgency. We got a delivery time slot on the day. The driver put the order on the drive safely. So all in all I was satisfied with the order and service.

Gentleman that we spoke to when placing the order took full ownership and responsibility for ensuring delivery would be made in a timely manner, which it was. Felt reassured throughout

Absolutely shocking service from you.
Said online 2-3 day delivery. Then you send me an email saying it will be a week after the 3days.
I phone everyday to get an update to be put in hold while you speak to your suppliers. They can’t tell you a date so you say we will call you in the morning with an update- never get an update do I need to call you again. Then you start saying if it’s in the folder at suppliers to be put out for delivery. I phone sign the next few days everyday chasing the order to be told the exact same spiel again. Over 2 weeks later I’m still none the wiser as to when we get the delivery/ buy don’t worry, I have all the time in the world to chase an for an answer everyday🙄

Excellent prices, easy to book, swift delivery and helpful and polite delivery person. Everything as expected (aggregates). Highly recommend.

I ordered some commercial hose trolleys from LS and the supplier despatched the wrong models. (Suppliers mistake, not LS’s). I asked for a refund and the response from LS was prompt, friendly and efficient with the incorrect items being collected immediately and the refund being processed with a few days.
