No information on order shipment after 1 week
My rating is based on my experience of the lack of information received after placing an order. I placed an order on September 18th, and received the confirmation email right away. Since then, I haven't received any update on the shipment and tracking the order on the website is not possible. When I click on the order tracking option, I am redirected to an FAQ style page, and not a tracking app or page. I emailed the customer service on September 23rd and should expect a reply in up to 5 days. A week after placing an order I still don't know if the order has been shipped or when it will be shipped.

Terrible quality
The light I bought arrived on time. But the light itself is terrible, the bulb holders fall out of the fixture constantly, the bulbs I purchased from lampandlights.ie buzz like mad, honestly I'm half considering getting rid of it entirely for something that's not a scam of a product.

The prices drew me in
The prices drew me in. Very reasonably priced, and sales are great. Very quick delivery. The outdoor lights are not metal - they are plastic. I don't mind as metal will sooner wear than plastic. The light fixtures are real glass. Overall very happy

Fast delivery, wrong plug
Fast delivery. Unfortunately the lamp was fitted with the wrong (European) plug and only works with a EU to UK adapter. I placed my order through their Irish website, and that was not mentioned.
I already contacted the Customer Service Team by email a week ago, but did not get any response.

Nice lampshade, quick delivery
Lamp came very quickly. Looked good. I like it. The plug is a European plug, though, so I have to use an adapter. Also one of the bulbs was supposed to come with a dimmer control - at least I thought so - and that wasn't included.
