Generally there are no issues from Lamont and I totally rely on them as an overseas landlord.
They are on it straight away when you need to find tenants and they manage the whole process. Joe Firth manages my property and I have no complaints. All in all a good experience

The company does everything relating to dealing with tenants and tenancy agreements. Their agent, Joe Firth, recently dealt with the closure of a tenancy at the end of the term, and very quickly advertised the property for a new tenant, and in a relatively short time had found new tenants, sorted out the tenancy agreement, prepared the flat for letting, and got the new tenants into the property and providing rental income. The service is excellent.
