David Rose has recently been dealing with a council tax issue that arose on our apartment, and I have to say he has been excellent throughout. He was always very responsive, quick to contact the council, and efficient in resolving the matter. In fact, on every occasion I have dealt with David, he has been extremely proactive, keen to help, and very quick to resolve any issues that have arisen. This level of service has not always been my experience in the past, so it has been particularly appreciated. It has been reassuring to deal with someone I trust to manage matters so reliably.

I’ve had a very positive experience when ending my tenancy. Property Manager Naser walked me through the end of tenancy process and made sure my deposit was paid as soon as possible, which is much appreciated.

During my tenancy, all was ok apart from the times when something needed fixing/replacement. These things needed multiple follow ups from me. It was especially frustrating when the radiator stopped working and they took ages to come and replace it. Even if it was very cold outside, they didn’t offer any alternative heating solutions until the radiator was replaced.

If the maintenance issues would have been solved quicker, I would have rated them 5*.

Nasser was really helpful and keen to make everything smooth for me.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this agency. I enquired about viewing another property and was told I “wouldn’t be able to afford the rent,” even though the increase is only less than £200 more than what I currently pay and I am fully aware of my own financial situation.

I spoke with three staff members — Gemma, Mark, and today Nasser, and each interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Gemma cut me off mid-conversation, Mark took my details but never passed them on for a viewing, and today I was told by Nasser that I could view the property but would “fail the financial checks” regardless. I was also told my universal credit wouldn’t cover the rent, which felt incredibly presumptuous and discriminatory.

I even mentioned to the staff member Nasser that I felt discriminated against, and that under the Renters’ Rights Bill, this kind of behaviour shouldn’t be happening. His response was simply, “Well that’s not in place until next year,” which only added to how dismissive the whole experience felt.

I left the call feeling judged rather than listened to or treated fairly. All I wanted was a genuine chance to view the property and be assessed properly, like any other applicant. I hope the agency reviews how they speak to people and how they handle enquiries, as no one should be made to feel the way I did.
