Not what it seems in pictures
Customer service is very good however I expected more from the product although there was no mistakes I found the material to be quite cheap overall I think I'm more disappointed than impressed delivery was reasonable as the item arrived quicker than expected

Ordered custom Basketball type shorts…
Ordered custom Basketball type shorts the final product looks nothing like the items advertised fabric is a cheap knock off i think the photos are from another website it states that name numbers and logo will be stitched but they’re printed into the fabric also design and stitching are way off very obvious they don’t align so you can tell they don’t care about the quality of the product they just want to get paid i was ready to order bulk but luckily waited to see the final product before putting the order in wont be happening now and definitely wont be recommending them to anyone else it feels like a scam more than anything wish i could upload photos .. disappointed!

Poor Quality ‘personalised’ basketball shorts
Ordered a pair of Beige personalised family basketball shorts, for Christmas.
Shorts were ordered at the beginning of December and I was promised they would arrive prior to Christmas Day. They did not arrive until 27/12.
The quality is very poor. The website states personalisation of number and name will be stitched. Absolutely no stitching has taken place. The personalisation looks poorly printed. Additionally the personalisation across the front of the shorts is difficult to read due to being sewn together.
The pants are see through, so not really wearable either, even if my son was happy with the shorts.
We will take this as a huge learning curve, especially for my son, but I would not be purchasing or recommending Lalaky to anyone.

Very easy web site to use
Very easy web site to use, payment via PayPal very convenient, Customization of Football-Soccer Jersey’s with whatever Names, Logo’s, Numbers is very easy. Their sizes are smaller than Adidas & Nike for example their 2XL is too small, so order 4XL. Delivery from China to Australia takes approximately 20 days. Their customer service person (Mia Carter) is very, very helpful so I highly recommend their services!!

Be aware
The product is made on order with someone else not the actual seller so the quality or results are not inspected prior to delivery. The price you will pay at the end also is not the same as on checkout. For example in my case it should had been 34$ but the amount charged on the card was £45.22 . Huge difference. I said ok, no problem, it is a custom order... after 1 month received the package and it felt more like a scam than the orderder product. Nothing like on the website or description. After 12 emails of correspondence they agreed for a full refund. Still didn't receive it but I am protected by the bank in worst case scenario. Be aware.

I ordered a custom football metal light…
I ordered a custom football metal light and have to say I am very disappointed and if I had the option of a full refund I would send it back. It cost £60 including postage and packing. It hasn't got a bracket to attach it to the wall. The lighting is a bit of multi coloured strip lighting. The size isnt what I was expecting. I thought 14Inches was the height but no it's the length... Never again

Sizes should say Asian as ordered a small and it’s for an infant. Have Cm/ in. So western people can pick appropriate sizes. Quality is fantastic service is fantastic. I’ll know for next time. Will use again!!👍 just needed to know what a small fits etc.

Effortless experience
Effortless experience. I purchased an individual basketball jersey set. Easy fast communication throughout any adjustments were made promptly and overall a good quality product. The only recommendation is to size up 1-2 sizes as they come up small.

I loved the range of styles but sizes are not true…
I loved the range of styles and designs. However when it came to sizes I ordered 2x sizes bigger than normal and it when trying it on it was tight.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a custom hockey shirt and received a fantastic product alongside excellent customer service. They provided a mock up and advice as well as delivering the shirt ahead of schedule. I will be using this company again and would refer others to them as well.

Custom men's white football uniforms
I love the shirt. The only thing that disappointed me that the Front/Back Name font was too small. I wish there was an option for customer to choose the font type and size.
