Mixed Results - not ideal but great Customer Service!
I loved how fast we got the jerseys and the price was really good but now I know why. I was really disappointed with the final product as the sizes were about 2 sizes smaller than expected/NA standard, shorter than normal jerseys, and the logo was way too big compared to normal team logo sizings.
In the end, I can't use the jerseys for their intended purpose.
UPDATE: The company contacted me almost immediately and we eventually worked out a re-do/re-order which I just received. We went with the max size available and it fits much better - usable for hockey with equipment (barely)! It might still be a little tight for my buddy - TBD. I still think they should adjust the sizing to line up with standard hockey sizing but I have to admit I am very satisfied with how the company handled this issue. Kudos!

So I decided to surprise my wife with a custome jersey, not only did I order a xxlrg, they have it down as a child's 160 cm. Who even has this as a actual size?? So not only did I have to wait 3 weeks after ordering it, it came in a child's size. I contacted customer service to replace the size but not only do I have to pay for shipping to get it returned, I also have to pay for shipping for the new item to get back to me. By the time I'm done with paying for shipping for a item I could buy off of Amazon or even in my local mall it's not worth it. The material is crap, and the sizing is not accurate. I have contacted customer service and all they want to do is give a partial refund and then have me pay for shipping once again!! You can't get a refund from this place!! It is based in china!! And NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! I'm still fighting with customer service to get a refund. For me to go send this back across seas it is going to cost me 15.00 for a 30.00 item. After I all ready paid for shipping to get it here, and now I have to pay for it again??!! It's a rip off!! So if you plan to buy from them good luck, the actual sizes are not true to what they say, read the other reviews first. That was my first mistake, my second was ordering from CHiNA!!

This company has a great variety of tops and clothes, but the problem is their sizes are not in compliance with other countries, eg: their large sizes are to small and tight in comparison to an Australian large, so they should also include centimetres on their index, which informs the customer perhaps that the large is to small and need to select one size bigger ,in referring to the Australian standard large. And length should also be factored in . Customer should always be informed about any clothing sizes when they buy online in another country, because your not in the shop, you’re in a different part of the world , it saves the customer disappointment . Ordered a personalised neon sign with…
Ordered a personalised neon sign with expedited delivery. The product was not fit for purpose and not of satisfactory quality and arrived two weeks late for my nieces birthday. Mia carter and the team were not interested in remedying this. I wouldn’t use this site again
I should add that notwithstanding Lalaky’s standard response detailed below they have taken no steps to remedy the defective product nor offer any form of recompense.

I received my order but it is not correct. I have contacted customer service twice notifying them of the problem however as of today's date it has still not been resolved.
I placed my order for 3 different personalized gifts. My order was created and shipped wrong. I am still missing the second item on my order that was personalized with the name "Conner". I received two of the first item (this was supposed to be only 1) , 1 of the 3rd item, and NONE of the second item. I have attempted to get this resolved however it has still not been as of today's date 1/10/24.

Item was cheap
Item was cheap, probably cost $1.00 to make, charged way too much. Item was NOT as described and arrived but had to be put together/ install the lights yourself after the fact. Item(s) are very flimsy and not remotely the value I was expecting.
