Good Product, Bad Timings.
The jacket I ordered turned out great in the way it looks, comfort, and warmer than expected which was a bonus. There was a hole in the pocket but the look, and price means I can easily ignore this.
I believe that the shipping time advertised however is not as informative as possible. I paid for the quicker shipping time which showed 8 - 10 working days, however, this took at least 4 weeks to arrive. I think this may be shipping after the jacket is made, however this isnt made obvious during purchase. I don't put this all on lalaky as China to UK is difficult and even the fed ex tracking dates were around a week off.
Despite the 3 stars and my complaints however, I would happily use Lalaky again.

What arrives is not what is shown
Item that was sent was substantially different to what was ordered. What arrived was a cheap-looking, digitally printed, plastic/nylon/acrylic, knock-off version of what's shown in the listing images.
Fabric was different, trims are not as shown, no lining, exposed internal seam details (that are obviously visible when you wear the garment).
Happy to share comparison photos and screenshots, but no such option provided here.
"Company" expected me to spend over half the original cost of the garment yet AGAIN before they'd even consider refunding any part of the original purchase. Sounds like a scam to me! Shop elsewhere would be my strong suggestion

Lalaky they are scammers I order a jersey I told them I wanted to cancel because I know it wouldn’t be here before time they told me they cancel the order but that was a lie because I can’t see where they cancel it at and plus you can’t cancel the order yourself they will tell you they process a refund but that’s a lie when you call your bank your bank don’t have any knowledge of them processing a refund back to your account and you can’t cancel your order yourself I wouldn’t recommend nobody to buy for them and you can’t talk to a live person they only email you from google and a what’s app

Easy to order, full tracking given, nice quality printing, sizing good, no stretch in material but have ordered 2 customised products from them and both arrived on time with tracking. Nice range of customised products available.
