Highly Recommend these Slipper Boots from Laidback London. I have had a couple of pairs now over a long span of years and they never fail to impress me. Warm Cosy, Easy to get on/off and look AMAZING. Stylish and worth the price tag. Alway get the comment 'oooo i like your boots where did you get those from?' Thanks LL for quality and COMFY shoes.

J'ai reçu mes bottines hier (daim couleur fougère), la livraison a été rapide et sans problèmes, je les ai portées pour la première fois ce soir, je les adore, elles sont belles, chaudes et hyper confortables (j'ai pris du 38,normalement je chausse du 38 1/2, 39), je ne connaissais pas cette marque, et j'ai hâte de découvrir la collection d'été

Ich melde mich noch mal bezüglich meines Umtausch. Inzwischen hat die Firma sich bei mir gemeldet und sehr professionell reagiert und mir auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Schuhe zurückzusenden. Meine spontane Bewertung mit einem Stern war nicht gerechtfertigt und ich muss mich dafür entschuldigen.

Wasn't too sure due to some reviews especially about socks falling down 😂.
But I thought I'd give them a go and I'm glad I did. Do the socks fall down? yes initially they do but if you persevere in time they don't. They are stylish and different without compromising on comfort. They are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I now have 2 pairs and about to get a third 😁. I would highly recommend them. Give them a go they're great and very warm. Oh and I returned one pair and had no problem with customer service.

In addition to the beautiful, warm, functional boots from LBL, their customer service is top notch. I had used the wrong shipping address in Shopify and noticed just as my order went through. LBL was super helpful and responsive in getting this worked out with FedEx and I received my order with minimal delay. Thank you!

Mittlerweile habe ich bereits 3 Paar Schuhe bei Laidback London bestellt. Super verarbeitet, tragen sich sehr gut. Preis-/Leistung TOP. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Still awaiting a reply from 2 emails requesting confirmation of my return that was received by them over 2 weeks ago

Je ne remet pas en question la qualité de ces chaussures, en revanche je vous déconseille d'acheter sur leur site. J'ai commandé une paire qui chausse trop petit. j'ai demandé un retour. Une reduction de 10% automatique du montant est déduite au remboursement en plus des frais retour. au final, mon remboursement sera 20% inférieur au montant que j'ai payé.je trouve cela très limite . en tout cas on ne m'y reprendra pas.

Ich habe Schuhe bei Laidbacklondon bestellt. Diese sind angekommen. Ich habe diese zurückgeschickt und wollte eine Nr. Grösser bestellen. Die 2. Bestellung ist auch gekommen, aber an die falsche Adresse und ich habe sie niemals bekommen. Nun versuche ich Laidbacklondon seit 2 Monaten zu erreichen. Per Email. Keine Antwort. Nix. Das ist kein Customer Service. Hauptsache man kriegt 100x Emails mit Werbung aber keine Antwort auf ein Anliegen. Nun habe ich einmal 250 CHF ausgegeben für die ersten Schuhe, die ich zurückgeschickt habe und nur eine Guthaben erhalten habe, obwohl ich diese gerne rückerstattet bekommen hätte - aber das System von Laidbacklondon liess das nicht zu. Ich habe die 2. Schuhe bestellt und wieder CHF 250.- ausgegeben. Nun habe ich CHF 500.- bei Laidbacklondon ausgegeben, aber habe keine Schuhe, kein Feedback. Auch die Telefonnummer, die auf der Seite angegeben wird, funktioniert nicht: +44 (0) 020 799 34703

Tres mauvaise expérience ! Colis jamais reçu via fedex (aucune preuve de livraison de leur part).
Après 4 mails fait au service client Laidback London, aucune réponse de leur part! Sans compter FedEx qui se moque du monde et vous demande de voir avec la marque !!!
215€ la paire de bottines + 25€ de frais de port et un service client inexistant!!!

J'ai fait 4 mails à l'adresse mail que vous m'indiquez dans votre reponse, avec le numéro de commande et aucune réponse...

I returned a pair of boots on 8th December, the return was then acknowledged on 10th December. Despite sending numerous emails to the customer service department I have still not received a refund. I have also tried calling the helpline (12 times in total) but no one has answered.

Excellent brand, quick delivery, beautiful products. Thats my go to shop

Great product

I ordered shoes that didn’t fit and contacted customer service immediately to arrange a return. I received no response for over a week, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I was completely ignored. By the time I was able to act again, the return window had expired.

Based on my experience and similar reports from other customers, returns and customer support seem to be a serious ongoing issue. Very disappointing.

Les bottes ne sont pas conçues pour les pieds fins, le retour fut très fastidieux , il faut déjà faire la demande par mail et on te réponds 15 jours après, et ensuite faire les démarches auprès de FedEx transport américain.. Plus d’un mois pour défaire rembourser.
