I purchased three pairs of boots from Laidback London from the November 2024 to January 2025… they are so just comfortable to wear I absolutely love them and would not hesitate to purchase them again and again . I feel that this footwear caters for any age range, they are just so trendy. As for myself having the zips on the sides of the boots makes them so easy to put on especially if you have arthritis in the knees which I have . But what did it for me was that I had taken the boots to get rehealed as the left boot had worn down quite a bit due to how I walk . However the shoes menders quoted £80 to £90 pounds for them to be repaired which I declined. I contacted Laidback London for any advice they could give me regarding the repair and without any hesitation they replaced them. I was so overwhelmed and extremely grateful for their kindness. What a truly wonderful company may I wish them ongoing success now and always .

I have been wearing these boots since the end of 2024 and I intentionally came back to my order to write a review because I love these boots. There are those few purchases in life where you feel that they were truly well worth the expense and beyond, these boots are one of those purchases. I have them in white yet they have withstood mud puddles and rain all winter long. They keep my feet warm and are very comfortable. I highly recommend these!!

I have quite a few of shoes and sandal’s from your company and love all of them quality and comfort. They are beautiful and can’t be beat also affordable.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are hand made and I love supporting these artists. The shipping is quick .

These boots are the most comfortable things my feet have ever known! And so stylish I get so many compliments on them. As well, the customer service is impeccable, i highly recommend!!!

Beautifully made shoes. Unfortunately , I have wide feet so they weren’t a great fit for me. I do have a pair of their boots which fit great.

I love the product; it's already the third or fourth time I'm ordering these flip-flops. I wear them all the time. When they were not in stock, I signed up to be notified once they're back in stock. I got the info and was able to order. Good experience all over :)

First and foremost, the sandals i ordered are absolutely stunning....even better in person. The order was shipped timely and arrived in great shape. Communication about the order and shipping was good.

I bought a pair of the lace up booties and the shoelaces broke 2 days after buying them! Not a happy camper!!

Have one pair of sandals from Laidback London and absolutely love them. They are almsot worn out now so I look forward to get another pair. Their flat sandals are very comfortable, even when walking all day. High quality as the leather is very soft but firm at the same time. Can highly recommend this brand.

I'm just sorry, I love the look of these shoes but have ordered 3 pair and they are oversized and awkward... i can't seem to find a style or pair that fits well. They are beautiful and cushy but don't come in half sizes so it's sort of a goldilocks situation... I just wish for a size that is "just right." sight.

I've been looking at this London base show company for quite awhile. Very shocked that when I placed my order the boots were delivered like 4 days later. The boots fit and I received various "positive comments" from people. Didn't expect that but, I'll take it! Very satisfied with my boots (2 pair).

I have a 37 but these ones turn out to be too small so uou need to order a bigger size. Also not sure they actually really are comfi to walk with? I am not sure
