Labrums Solicitors LLP Omdömen

The level of service provided by Cassey and her team was excellent.
She kept me informed throughout the process, and was very responsive to questions or requests for information. Her advice was always clear, and so displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the conveyancing process.
She was a pleasure to deal with.

We honestly would not use any other solicitor after our experience with Cassey at Labrum’s. She is so very responsive, kind and efficient and has made this process easier than it could have been otherwise.. Honestly she sends out messages and has kept us informed with minutes or receiving information. You really couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks Cassey you have been a star!

Cassey-Ann Sharman at Labrum’s was absolutely exceptional helping me get through a very stressful house move. Cassey worked tirelessly in a short period of time to ensure the exchange and completion happened in only four weeks,
I’d definitely recommend Labrum’s.
Professional, approachable, communicative and hardworking,
Cassey-Ann Sharman is a star!

I have been a client of Labrums for many years concerning a number of different matters. In this last instance I used the firm for the conveyancing on a property purchase. I can say without hyperbole that the service provided was beyond my (already high) expectations. Cassey-Ann Sharman led the process on our side and her fastidious and professional approach was ably matched by her approachable nature and exceedingly quick response time. A well executed job from start to finish.

I had a great experience with both Michael and
Cassey-Ann on a sale of a share of freehold flat and purchase of a mixed used grade two listed property that didn't quite fit into typical criteria. They were efficient, very helpful and had great communication.

Would highly recommend. Cassey-Ann was great at keeping me informed and so efficient.

We were fortunate enough to have Cassey-Ann and the team at Labrums act on our behalf during our recent house move. Throughout the whole conveyancing process (which was slightly problematic due to one link in our chain) Cassey-Ann was simply fantastic. She remain very much ahead of the game, ensuring all our documentation was secure and relevant searches completed and queries dealt with promptly. Her communication was awesome - always responding with clarity and in a timely manner. Our exchange and completion occurred smoothly (with Cassey-Ann ensuring we were kept fully updated on our exchange despite her being on annual leave on the day!). We cannot thank and recommend enough!

Laura Mills recently was assigned to our house sale and purchase. She was brilliant. So attentive, always chasing the other parties without us having to ask. She was often one step ahead of all other parties and explained everything to us along the way. We would only ever come back to Labrums and Laura with any future house moves- she was wonderful. We have moved a few times and it has never ever been as easy as it was with Laura.

This is the second time we have used Labrums. I can honestly say Cassey was amazing from start to finish, very efficient, friendly and worked at lightning speed. She led the process and we completed in 4 weeks
Even the Estate Agent wants to recommend her.

We have used Labrums for many years and have always found the service to be highly professional and reliable. Laura Mills recently dealt with our house sale and the whole process was very smooth and painless. I would highly recommend.

We used Labrums as our solicitors for our latest house purchase. Cassey, the solicitor acting our behalf, was outstanding. She was incredibly proactive at keeping us informed and to push the onward chain to completion. This is our third house purchase and by far she was the best solicitor we have had! Strongly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish, good communication and achieved the task within the agreed timescales.

Cassey and Bethany were so helpful and did everything they could to assist us with a difficult chain. We would highly recommend them, and would have no hesitation in instructing them in the future! Cassey always replied really quickly, with regular updates and great communication, also the online system worked really well. Many thanks.

The whole experience is one that I hope never to repeat...9 months seemed a long time to complete. However, having said this, I cannot fault the patience, support and professionalism of the lovely people at Labrums LLP.

Special thanks go to Laura and Bethany who were efficient and understanding throughout the lengthy process caused not by them, but by the purchaser's solicitor. I was glad that I had this team on my side.

My flat sale was quite complicated but Labrums guided me through the process very professionally. There were a few delays but they were generally due to council delays rather than Labrums. Kept informed of progress throughout.

I have recently used Labrum services to pay my Help to Buy loan and couldn't be more satisfied with the process. Cassey and Bethany have been very helpful, patient and thorough with the proces. We have been updated every step of the way, including when we had to just wait for things to happen. Great communications management from them.

I chose Labrums based on their reviews,
Cassey and her team are the best solicitors,
I have ever dealt with,
Amazing attention to detail,
Stress free property purchase.

Prompt and professional service from Labrums, right from client onboarding to the completion. Cassey-Ann Sharman is very organised and was available on a daily basis to clarify points and progress. She even sorted out a missing indemnity for one of my other properties. Delighted with the service.

Excellent service, fantastic efficiency and worth every penny as our matter was fully resolved as a result of Labrums hard work. Thank you so much.
