Labrums Solicitors LLP Omdömen

I spoke primarily with Cassey-Ann but also with Bethany and Victoria. They always responded promptly and efficiently, even to acknowledge receipt of funds which are always a scary part of the experience. The digital document platform was handy; we did 99% of the work asynchronously.

I highly recommend Labrums and would use them again without hesitation. You can trust that you will be in good hands with them.

Sergio had to deal with our parents death with the banks in Spain

As the banking system is unregulated, their communication was dreadful and what was already a difficult experience was made worse by the banks, Sergio not only communicated regularly with us but in his own time whilst travelling home to Spain over the Christmas break went to the banks to attempt to resolve the issues which he did

Sergio and the team are some of the nicest and most trustworthy Solictors I have ever met and I cannot recommend them highly enough

Trust these guys with your life !

Cassey-Ann Sharman looked after us, she is super fast and efficient, happy to pick up the phone rather than send a letter. Great having a solicitor on board who had the human touch and understood the deadlines and explained any hurdles that needed to be cleared.

Clear and regular communication from our case handler Cassey-Ann. It was genuinely a really positive experience and we felt in very good hands throughout the transaction.

Knowledgeable, experienced, proactive team. Great communication, so I knew what was happening as we went along. I recommend their conveyancing service.

We have received the benefit of Sergio's expertise and professionalism in creating Spanish wills for both myself and my husband. We have been thoroughly pleased with the service afforded by Labrums and are now updating our UK wills with them too - they are hugely recommended.

The service I received from Labrums was exceptional, in particular Cassey-Ann, Bethany and Victoria, who always responded promptly and diligently. Even to receive their acknowledgment of receipt of funds - it's a small thing but, at a time when there's so much to do, it just gives you peace of mind. The digital document platforms worked well too once you got the hang of them, to upload and to review documents. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Labrums and would use them again in a heartbeat - you'll be in very safe hands.

Personal thanks to Cassey-ann Sharman who provided a great service and support in completing the sale of my Berkhamsted flat which had it's unexpected difficulties within a short time frame. Cassey was diligent and prompt with a high level of attention to detail throughout the process, highly recommended.
Many thanks
Graham

Labrums are the best solicitors we have ever used. We have come across them when our then current solicitors told us they couldn't continue with our transaction - we were in the middle of selling our property and buying a new one - and we had to find new solicitors quickly. Labrums have been recommended to us; they stepped in, reassured us and finished everything smoothly. I can honestly say they went above and beyond, especially Cassey who was always available to us, no chasing was ever needed, we were updated every step of the way until the end. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Labrums were introduced to us by Ashtons Estate agents as the buyer of our property wanted the transaction to be completed within a 4 to 6 weeks. Labrums were very efficient from the online onboarding process and responding to phone and emails very promptly. I would be pleased to highly recommend Labrums for any property transactions.

I have nothing to say but positive feedback for the whole of the Labrums team that I have dealt with throughout my house purchase. I worked directly with Cassey-Ann who has been incredible from start to finish, she is friendly, informative and helps to take time to explain everything. I have also received positive feedback from the Estate Agents about the work carried out by Cassey-Ann and her positive approach.

I couldn't recommend the team enough. You won't regret it.

Amazing service from Cassey-Ann Sharman and her team, efficient and great communication all the way through.

Cassey-Ann is amazing, she responds promptly to every query, is detailed and thoroughly professional. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

I paid £7174.00 for basic tenant eviction. On both hearings my solicitor sent completely inexperienced representatives whom did not know how to defend the case at all. If you are not going to represent me as a solicitor at hearing why did i paid £7174.00 for,
I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND Labrums Solicitors LLP to anyone.

Our experience of Labrums was absolutely fantastic. Cassey-Ann and her team were responsive, thorough and friendly. We completed our house purchase in record time thanks to their pro active approach and will happily instruct them again for any future conveyancing needs.

We were recommended to Labrum’s via our estate agent for the purchase of our new home. Cassey-Ann and the team at Labrum’s were incredible, taking the stress out of the process by working efficiently and being incredibly responsive and managed to get the process through to completion extremely quickly. In contrast we had already engaged the services of an online solicitor to deal with our sale when we first started working with Labrum’s who was 3 months through the process at that point. Cassey-Ann after not only sorting through the purchase side efficiently then started to support me in chasing our sale solicitor to get that over the line too as well some further support on completion day with releasing keys!

I contacted Sergio Zamudio Bastida as I needed a Spanish Will.
He guided me from beginning to end with professionalism and kindness.
I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to in this company and would recommend them.

A friend recommended Labrum’s to me after a great experience with their own move. From start to finish everything was well organised and efficient; nothing was too much, and step by step the whole process was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. I had a buyer that was keen to complete quickly and again this happened with ease. I would highly recommend their service!

Fantastic service from Cassey Ann Sharman. Always available to contact. Clear and robust advice. Highly recommend

I used Labrums to assist with my recent purchase of a new build property. I was fortunate to be assigned Steffi who consistently went over and above to reassure me and deliver outstanding service. Her frequent and concise communication kept me calm and reassured during the entire process. The whole team at Labrums seem intent on delivering an exceptional client experience. Thanks too, to Cassey-ann and Bethany
