Labrums Solicitors LLP Omdömen

During July/August myself and my wife were moving to Spain and I did read online that I would be able to obtain a Spanish N.I.E. number prior to moving and found Labrums online stating they could arrange this.

I contacted Labrums, a little worried that I had left it too late. However following wonderful communication, forms, paperwork the N.I.E. arrived exactly as required and well ahead of the expected time frame. Now I am in Spain and applying for residency I realise the great advantage obtained by arranging this first step in advance and would recommend Labrums to anyone in the same situation.

We used labrums for a freehold purchase , they were consistently unresponsive, unhelpful and frankly negligent in not providing the share certificates that are an integral part of setting up the freehold company. When challenged on this later they said it wasnt in their brief.. how were we supposed to know it was needed.. that is what you employ solicitors for !!! They did not even advise this is a statutory requirement. In my most recent request to help sort it out they havent event replied to me. Personally I would never go near Labrums.

I recently used Labrums to obtain for me a Spanish NIF/TIF number and the service was superb. I thoroughly recommend. Costs exactly as quoted, communication was superb and completion well within what I needed.

I would highly recommend Labrums Solicitors LLP, especially Michael Labrum and his team. Michael provided clear, efficient, and professional advice throughout, keeping me fully informed and giving me complete peace of mind.

Everything was handled promptly and smoothly, including the release and transfer of funds. The whole team were polite, helpful, and reassuring at every stage. An excellent service from start to finish — thank you to Michael and the team.

Mr Michael Labrum, Senior partner, Labrums solicitors, has been been advising me during a very difficult family Trust dispute, his continued support, patience and expert advise during what was a traumatic time for me, gave me the strength to carry on and finalise matters. I shall certainly use them again. Thank you so much Mr Labrum for everything. Janet.

Very professional and efficient. My contact at Labrums, Isaac, listened to me. He kept me informed of developments. Arranged a meeting for me in Spain at a Notary close by and organised an official translator to preside ; as my Spanish is not proficient enough to fully comprehend legal jargon.
Twenty-five minutes after the meeting Isaac called me to make sure everything went smoothly. It had! I would have every confidence in using Labrums in the future.
Excellent service.

An extremely knowledgeable, proficient, effective and professional team. I have had multiple dealings with Labrums over recent years and wouldn't look anywhere else, with the customer service they provide. I highly recommend Labrums.

A first class professional service from the outset. Communication was excellent we were always aware of what was happening. The Reception team were always polite and friendly and knew who we were when we called. A top service for a reasonable price.

Labrums handled our house sale / purchase. We were very pleased with the service that was provided by Roxanne. She always seemed to be very on point, and moved the processes along swiftly.
Our only gripe was with the electronic system that the company use for documentation. It was never entirely clear how it worked, and we had a number of issues with it.

excellent service and would recommend Labrums to everyone, always answered our questions straight away. well done to all at Labrums, thank you

Laura & her team were very professional and dealt with the sale of our home in an efficient and speedy manner

The service was exceptional and the professionalism was impeccable. I was in need of a quick turnaround on some crucial documents for Spain, and they accomplished this within a record time. Everything was executed flawlessly and the Spanish lawyers were highly impressed. I would highly recommend. Absolutely, it's worth it.

Labrums solicitors were excellent. They were highly efficient and answered all my emails promptly, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Steffi at Labrums continues to be awesome she has helped us through a couple of aborted sales, a successful sale and a bridging loan and each time she has been professional, friendly and reactive. The latest sale Charlotte has also been fantastic and achieved a very quick sale to completion which I really didn’t think we’d achieve but she did it.

Huge thank you to both and the team who work with them.

Very efficient and keenly priced. Recommended

Thanks to Laura and her team for all the support on the purchase of our house! Fantastic experience from the sofware at the start where we uploaded all our documents, to when we were speaking with Laura and she was explaining some of the complexities around covenants etc and what they mean. Would thoughorly recomend these guys!

Laura provided a first class service dealing with our recent house move. Correspondence was always timely, efficient and highly professional. It's nice to come across people who clearly take pride in their work and do it to the best of their ability.

The purchase of my new home was handled easily and professionally by Labrums. Roxanne and her team dealt with all my requests in a friendly and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly use their services in future.
