Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company - it’s a scam. As some of the other reviews mention (which I wish I had seen), none of the products listed on the website were provided in the gift basket. Instead, they delivered very poor quality, cheap “alternatives”. It looks like then rely on widely drafted substitution clauses which say that goods may need to be substituted for those of equal quality if some stock is unavailable due to demand. I’m very disappointed.

This is a fraudulent company, selling fraudulent products. They advertise as having certain products in the gift basket, but when the gift basket arrives, it has none of those products. It has products that you can get at a pharmacy.

Absolutely disgusting company who took…
Absolutely disgusting company who took over $130 dollars for a baby boy basket and a bottle of sparkling wine.
Not one of the items are as seen on their website, all cheap and nasty. I ordered a baby blanket in Blue cable knit and it’s a cheap cream fabric, blue wash clothes for baby look like muslin in the photos but came as small face towels, a teething toy which was a little giraffe with a natural teething ring, got a cheap 1 dollar plastic teether. A teething giraffe blanket, got another cheap Sesame Street teether? Just awful!
No sparkling wine delivered that I paid for but they put a big stupid lolly pop in for some reason.
Do not buy from this company. It’s the worst ever.

Additionally, our substitution policy, which is agreed to at the time of purchase, allows us to replace out-of-stock items with products of equal or greater value to ensure your gift is delivered promptly. While we understand the aesthetic of the substituted items differed from your preference, these changes were made in accordance with that policy to avoid a delivery delay for the new arrival.

I love the selection of gifts for all occasions on the website. I found just what I was looking for my daughter's birthday and added a bottle of pinot grigio for good measure. Paid $180 usd for this basket as a Christmas present for my sister. aside from getting it 2 days earlier than the delivery date chosen, it arrived damaged. the mud from the dead succulent were all over the package. they ask for photos of each item, only for me to realized that they have send a $2 deodorant you can find from a dollar store to substitute a $20 perfume roll. they wouldn't offer any resolution but insisted the substitute terms on checkout. i even offered to just send back everything for a refund because the items are definitely not worth what I paid for it but got nothing back. they keep sending the same script template. don't recommend at all. it's a scam!
