I have had policies before, and the biggest problem was always getting to the place where they were going to repair the phone. The fact that Kover provide free pickup and delivery is the absolute best reason to go with this company. Free loaner phone and 3 hour turnaround? Wow!

I have used services before and their speed was great and everything, but the repair itself wasn’t up to scratch. With Kover that wasn’t an issue - my phone was as good as new when I got it back.They collect it and they take it away and they bring it back, and you don’t have to worry about it. You have a loaner phone for the entire time that it is gone, and you can operate just how you would operate normally. To say that this ability to just keep working and not have to stop is amazing is a massive understatement. The Kover policy and their excellent service was a life saver.

Most of the big guys are promising you that you are going to get it back the same day, and if you go to one of the smaller guys it is usually to be a lot longer.3 hours for Kover. 3 hours! If you can’t spare $1 a day to reap the rewards of this great policy, I don’t know what to say. If you have ever been stuck without your vehicle and you have been panicking about how you are going to make ends meet, this is the solution you have been looking for. Having to hustle every day is not a bad thing, but having peace of mind that if something messes with your vehicle, you are going to be able to support yourself, is no joke. As soon as I found out about Kover I went ahead and signed up. Easiest decision ever.

This is what I was looking for. I am a safe driver, and I met all the requirements, so I signed up. I have a 4.8 for Uber, I have driven more than 2000+ trips, and I haven’t had an accident in 2 years. What’s not to love about it?

There should be another longer content that talks about a real payout story and how convenient the whole service is. I would not be without this Kover policy for my iPhone. As you can imagine, with a wedding being planned there is a lot of running around and a lot of coordination that needs to happen, so it is the absolute worst time for something to happen to your phone. Being the bride’s mother is a full time job. Well, it often happens that when you are crunched for time, that is when things are going to go bad. I was trying on my dress and I unfortunately dropped my phone and cracked it so bad that I couldn't use it. I was a little emotional when I reached the guys at Kover but they understood how urgent it was for me to get my phone repaired as quickly as possible. They had my loaner phone to me very quickly so I could keep all the plates spinning that I was managing for the wedding, and then they repaired the phone and had it back to me so quickly that I was in tears, I was so happy. When a company really pulls the stops out for you you really feel it, and Kover went above and beyond. What a great service!
Deductibles truly suck
Deductibles truly suck. It really surprised me when I discovered that Kover doesn't ask you to pay a deductible on repairs - they had me right there. It is bad enough that the phone is broken, and then you usually get hit in the pocket to get it repaired. It really is the cherry on top of the cake. Kover let you know that they agree with you about this, so they don’t do it, and you’ve got to love them for that. I looked around and i didn’t find anyone else offering that kind of deal - it just isn’t a thing.

It's only when you don’t have a phone that you realize quite how much you rely on it for during the day. Before I got this policy from Kover I had to experience this, and the number of workarounds that you have to figure out is ridiculous. Anyway, now I don’t have to worry about that. They come and they pick the phone up at your location, and drop it off at the repair center, and then bring it back to you when it's done. That is some really good service there. Add to that the fact you get a loaner phone, and what more could you want?

I was kind of flabbergasted at how low the price was for the policy. It was definitely one of those double-take moments. After I had read all the benefits I was like, take my money! Being stuck without your phone is no joke. I have a lot of things that I have to organize in the day, so paying $5 a month to make sure that my phone gets repaired quickly, and that I have a replacement while I am waiting is nothing at all. The lack of deductible makes this policy the best value that I could find out there.
