Koveproperties Omdömen

Kove were very professional and friendly throughout our entire property search. Katy went above and beyond to find us a great investment that suited our requirements. I’d recommend Kove to anyone looking to get started with investing in properties in the North

Working with this property deal sourcing company on my first investment project has been a fantastic experience. The initial stages of the process are now complete, and getting everything through in just 4 months instead of the standard 6-9 months is an incredible achievement.
This was all down to the professionalism, communication, and efficiency of a truly great team. A huge thank you to Dal, Daniel, and Samantha for all their help, guidance, and ongoing support throughout the journey. Everything was much smoother and quicker than I expected, which made the whole experience far less stressful as a first-time investor.
Now the focus shifts to the next stage — the refurb and preparing the property to go on the market over the next two months. Exciting times ahead, and I’m looking forward to continuing the journey with such a reliable and professional team behind me. Highly recommended!

Working with Kove has been fantastic 🙌 Sam makes sharing the clients information effortless and efficient, which keeps everything running smoothly. Super professional, easy to collaborate with and always delivers. highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dal has been great help getting me started in my investment journey and guide me through every process so far.
Thanks Dal!

Dee was truly amazing. Her patience is unlimited and she managed to solve matters on many occasions and promptly. I am looking forward to be working with her again on future projects. Rare to find people who go to the extra mile but I found a little gem. Thank you Dee.

I had a fantastic experience throughout my property transaction, and a huge part of that was thanks to Angela. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring during what can often be a stressful process.

Angela kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had—no matter how small. Her calm and professional approach really put me at ease and made the whole journey feel much more manageable.

I’m genuinely grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone going through a property transaction.

We’ve had a great experience working with this company. From the start, they really listened to what we were looking for and made the process feel tailored to our needs.

They’ve been reliable, helpful, and kept in constant contact throughout, which made everything much smoother and less stressful.

A special thank you to Dee, who truly went above and beyond. Her support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a big difference, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Overall, a professional and supportive team that we’d happily recommend.

We have worked along side Kove for a couple of years now carrying out refurbishment works for them on various property types. As a company the staff are friendly, professional and always keen to help.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of joining the property investment sector.

We have just completed on our first property with Kove. There were a few bumps to get over but Samantha supported us throughout and worked hard to iron these out. We’re excited to move on to our next property in the near future.

My first step in property investment, and Kove Properties were there to guide me. I spoke to Joel, Katy, and Dee, and all three were understanding of my situation. Doubts and confusions were addressed quickly and clearly - I couldn't ask for a better team. I am looking to build my portfolio, and Kove Properties will certainly be my first point of call.

We choose to invest with Kove on multiple properties, mainly BTL but also an SA, with several refurbs going on at the same time, my experience dealing with different contractors and the Kove team has been exceptional, Nasser in particular who looks after the refurb side of things has been open, honest and transparent throughout the whole process. We’ve had a very positive experience with Kove and look to work long into the future.

Fantastic support and guidance from the Kove team (especially from Marron Venus and Monica Nicolas)! The team is well equipped and on hand to provide expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Could not have done this without the Kove team!

Campbell from Kove property consultants is an asset and credit to the company his knowledge due diligence and attention to detail was second to none very impressed by his exemplary skills and calm reassuring communication manner, his ability to explain things to a layman like myself was excellent! Professionalism of the highest order has definitely made me more confident to consider working with Kove and starting that investment journey!

I had a fantastic experience working with Kove while purchasing my second rental property. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed from start to finish. My case handler, Samantha, was absolutely brilliant — knowledgeable, proactive, and always available to answer my questions. She kept everything on track and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kove to anyone looking to grow their property portfolio.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Campbell about property investing with Kove. He is very clued up on the property market, mortgages and the ethos of Kove. Definitely felt like I would be in good hands with this company after speaking with him and the sterling reviews of happy customers speaks for itself which is reassuring.

I’ve sourced four properties through Kove so far and I’m now coming up to two years since the first purchase and starting to see real capital growth. I’m going to look to pull equity out the properties soon to scale the portfolio further. Their knowledge and experience of the property market has been key to the success and looking forward to working with them long into the future.

Really pleased - Tony was a great help!

Just had a follow up call with Natalie (client success manager) at Kove to check in to see how we are getting on with the four properties that were sourced via Kove around a year ago. It was a very valuable call, she is a pleasure to deal with and we’ve got a good plan moving forward to maximise our returns and build out our portfolio in the future. Natalie & the rest of the team at Kove have been great to deal with.

All the team and especially Dal and Berl gave me great advice and guidance to find and buy the ideal property for my goals !

The team are friendly and really know their stuff. They kept up great communication throughout the whole process and I'll defiantly be investing with them again.
