Koveproperties Omdömen

Had a great experience with Marron from start to finish. He was great guiding me through the process and finding my first property. Everyone involved is also very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Brilliant company! Highly enjoyed working with Kove over the last 12 months.

Pleasure to work with, grow with and learn from.

I’m Looking forward to scaling up and taking things to the next level!

I have introduced two friends to them who are at the start of their investment journey.

Disgusted with the post you posted on instagram not sure what audience you were aiming for.
I hope you are ashamed of yourself
As SEN parent to 3 children please do not think id take this lightly.

Working with Kove has been a great experience. The team have exceptional knowledge and all of the team are approachable, particularly with any questions I had, and always responded to me very swiftly. I especially want to shout out Marron who has provided an excellent level of service throughout.

Highly recommend working with Kove.

I am still in the process of purchasing my first investment property through Kove and the experience so far has been excellent. Marron has been very helpful and reassuring, making a big decision feel much more manageable. Great service and communication. Thank you!

I have followed Kove for about a year and finally decided to take the leap when I was ready a week ago.
They have been incredible - professional, friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and top notch expertise in their field.
So far I worked directly with Oliver and Marron and have only good things to say.
Oliver helped me to understand their offering, was patient in answering my every question and scenario, supported me to get on onboarded with the team and is really just a really nice person.
Marron is an absolute super star, a pro at his job and ever so patient and supportive, answering all my questions, providing insights and guidance, handholding through the whirlwind. He is an amazing person to guide you through the web of property sourcing.
Things moved very fast for me, in 1 week I had everything setup and already found 2 properties, with my offer accepted. It's surreal and things move very quickly so be ready to make decisions and get the ball rolling - have your homework done, know your limits, know the level of risk you're comfortable with, and some basic knowledge to make the most of their talents. These guys don't waste any time so do not waste theirs.
Kove does not fool around. I am so happy I chose them to help me with investing in properties, I would not have been here even in 6 months from now by myself.
Shout out to Marron for being a 10 🌟 employee and all around a great person. Worth every penny!

I am now going into the mortgage and conveyancing process, then refurb and lettings - I hope things will work out well (many things can go wrong) and will definitely use them again as I go on.

I will come with updates as things progress, but I am sure Kove will support me even if things don't go as planned.

100% recommended 👌

My experience with Kove Properties so far has been nothing short of outstanding. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering great service. They spend time guiding you, advising, suggesting etc. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed at every stage and always happy to answer questions. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others. A five-star experience all around!
Big thank you for all the Kove team that I have dealt with, each one has genuinely been incredible.

Not used yet but sounds interesting and very good sales people

All good so far, Marron was very helpful and we found a great house with what we believe has potential.
We are now organising mortgages, surveys etc hopefully things will continue to go smoothly.

Purchasing your first property is a big deal — with so many parties involved, processes to follow, and details to manage, it can easily become overwhelming. Kove Properties were excellent throughout the journey. They helped us find the right property, gave valuable advice, and proactively coordinated with all the involved parties to keep things moving quickly and smoothly.

Marron moved heaven and earth to get the deal over the line - Thanks again!

Great experience with Marron, always answered my queries and supported me through the process. I also felt Marron really listened to my requirements and did his best to match me with the best property he could. So far I’ve had a brilliant experience with Kove and would have no hesitation in recommending them to budding investors!

Great service from Marron. Very efficient and explained everything clearly in a friendly manner. Thank you!

My experience with Kove has been exceptional from beginning to end. The team at Kove worked seamlessly with NGU, who managed all the refurbishments on their behalf, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they take care of the property upgrades, but their letting team also made sure I had a tenant in place quickly. If you're considering buying in the North East, I highly recommend working with Dan and his team.

Kove were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend! They were professional, trustworthy and have the most amazing team, both within Kove and also the companies they partner with. We’re already purchasing 2 more properties with them and will likely do many more.

I’ve had a great experience so far from my initial consultation with Mark, to having my first buy to let property sourced by Marron and now Monica who’s assisting with the sale progression. The communication and customer service has been exceptional throughout no matter what day of the week or time of the day it’s been and I’m looking forward to purchasing my next investment property through Kove!

Great support from Nasser, Marron, Angel, Monica, Maria, Jeremy and Dan!

Kove properties is the shiznit. I have been through many similar offerings. And nothing comes close to the quality at Kove.
If you are looking for passive investments, these are your go to !
It really is a no brainer !
Look forward to our investing journey going forward.

All the guys at KOVE have been great throughout the whole process of buying our first investment property
