Having followed James on socials for a while, we decided to bite the bullet and invest in our first buy to let, completely hands off (over 300 miles away). From our initial call James and the team were efficient and knowledgable in sourcing us a property. They guided us through the process and answered all our questions throughout. Would highly recommended this firm.

I mean what can I say about these guys 🤷‍♀️James, Jamie and Lauren were so professional, helpful took a lot of pressure off me especially working full time. They were always there to help every step of the way. Such a great trustworthy team, was a bit hesitant at first but they soon put my mind at ease, Lauren was so lovely, you get instant answers if they don’t respond ie if they are in a meeting they contact you straight away after any meetings. Their service through out the whole process was excellent will definitely be purchasing again from them. Thank you to such a lovely team 👍

James and Jamie and their team are always there to answer any questions, deal with any urgent matters and sharing their knowledge and recommendations without being pushy. I had a good feeling about them from the first call as they did not sugar coat things and seemed trustworthy and I was right! Plus they’re nice and fun people to work with and I would like to do another project with them in a near future.

If I could give this amazing team more than 5 stars on here I would. It took me a good few months and a few false starts before HMC were recommended to me by my daughter and partner and I have not looked back. They have been so incredibly fabulous and are everything that you could wish for and more. They are so responsive, efficient , encouraging, have very high standards for customer service and really honest which is so important in this area of investing. They have now found me 2 fabulous properties and I have also used their letting agency and now got tenants for both. They have great local knowledge and contacts to make sure that you get a property in a really good area. A really outstanding end to end service. Highly recommend. Just finished my first property investment with HMC. The process was made easy and stressfree by Jamie and James. From negotiating the price with the estate agents to finding a solicitor and chasing up them up every week for updates. It was true end to end service. From start to finish now on our third purchase with them they have been the best agents we have ever dealt with and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our next purchase in the north!
Communication has been spot on, late nights and weekend updates.
