From doing it all yourself to a complete hand-offs approach in the first instance was sceptical but HMC Property Group have absolutely nailed the process. Every step of the way, they provide outstanding communication via creating a simple WhatsApp group and have response times no later than 24 hours to any questions raised. They have built a great network on finding quality off market properties as well as having great connections to third party contacts for mortgages, solicitors, home surveys and even building insurance. From the very start you will always know what you are signing up too and the reviews mirror the fantastic service they provide. With my first property investment we got stuck with the local council searches but HMC continued to do regular check-in's even though this was something out of their control. The additional benefit is that they can take control of any refurbishment of any size to suit the turn-key or BRR strategy. Their social media content is always refreshing to see as I followed them for 6 months prior to signing up and I'm looking to working with them again soon in the future.

I have now invested twice in buy to let's in Darlington using HMC help. Jamie and James have been brilliant in responding the queries, pushing solicitors to complete paperwork. It has been completely hands off for me with them as they know the area and market so well. They provided me with estimated numbers and returns right at the start and so far it has been spot on. I would without doubt use their help again if I invest in and around darlington. The best part is they also manage refurb and help with letting of the property which makes it easy and hassle free.
