In the beginning, I doubted the new website. After receiving the LED floor lamp that I ordered, I'm glad to make the decision to order. It looks completely the same as the pictures on the site and it works well so far!

Product was a pendant light. The top of the glass shade was unevenly cut, hence it was impossible to screw up and get it level. I sanded it down even and it still won't go level after hours of faffing. Poor build quality IMO, but I don't have the time to spend on spending £10 to get a £50 refund (even if I was successful). Likely to go in the cupboard or more likely the bin.

Bought the Piatino triple pendant light, very good quality and easy to assemble,delivered a day early and very very pleased with service and product. Will definitely use them again.

Really pleased with the service, excellent communications throughout, Light fittings arrived on time and they look amazing.
Excellent product range, with so many to choose from, we were spoilt for choice.

Ordered our light on the 31st January (2021) it arrived today and we live right on the West Coast of Scotland! Considering it came from France and with the delays I have had with other company's due to 'Brexit' & covid, this has come really quickly! Light is beautiful too.

Ordered the light off the website which stated free delivery on orders over £50. Got charged £9.90 refused refund, told me it stopped on the 1st of January which was 3 weeks ago they just haven't updated the website!
Not a uk Company, avoid

Worst company I ever had to deal with!!!
Spent £50 and my order is gone !!!! Lack of knowledge and competence!!! Never reply to your emails! Avoid !!!

Ordered lights which never arrived. I then received an email saying they had refunded my money and provided a credit slip. The money was never refunded and I have yet to receive a reply. My bank are now investigating.
Shocking! And I can't believe people can get away with this.

Horrendous! I received a faulty product. The wanted me to pay for shipping it back to them! I jumped through all of the hoops they laid out in order to prove it was faulty and never heard from them again. Unbelievably bad customer service and product.

Absolutely awful people. They sent me completely the wrong light, refused to answer emails to sort it out and now I’ve had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. Companies like this deserve to go bust treating their customers as badly as they do disgusting people

Was a bit sceptical about these guys after reading a couple of reviews here and noting that they can’t be reached on the phone but I needn’t have worried. The light I ordered arrived quickly, was well packaged and most importantly looks fantastic!

Ordered 4 lights that’s never arrived instead 1 completely different light arrived with my correct order sheet in box, clearly not what was in the box. After sending 5 emails over 5 days I’ve still no response the number I tried to call goes straight to a voicemail to then say they are unreachable by telephone for over a week! Absolutely shocking service and I’ve also had to pay over £30 to send this wrong light that they have sent out to myself. Nearly 1 week later am out of pocket over £200 no lights & no response, email or refund from this company

Watch out. Deceptive website. It implies it it's UK based. For example, there is a London number given. There is a co.uk website. Under "International Shipping" it says "yes we ship to France". They are based in France! That's not international shipping. I wanted to return some lights they sent me. They need to be returned to Villepinte, France. The returns information reads: "if you have changed your mind about the products, you will have to take care of the return fees". Return fees for UPS for £117 worth of lights was £147.

I was a little dubious about ordering from here as it seems a new site (or not one I had seen before) but I’m pleased to say the experience was great. Quick delivery via DPD with updates along the way. I am also very pleased with the quality of the light fitting and connections so I will use this site again.
