I could have been more wrong , they have a wide & lovely selection of lighting , easy order , well packed & prompt delivery & was kept updated of progress via email. Would most definitely order again.

We recieved a number of wall lights, of which 2 had been smashed in transit. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the customer service department via email and phone. No one has responded via email, and when I call it says "there is no one in the office this week". Although i've tried for 2 weeks in a row now!
We use a number of suppliers, given we are design company, but we will never order from here again.
Awful customer service - avoid at all costs.
**UPDATE** 8th April - To anyone that cannot get through via the UK info, use their French customer service email, where in fairness, they did come back to me the same day.
Kosilight, you really need to update/ work on your UK website.

A uk website should really make it clearer that they arenât based in uk and only provide European corded appliances. ie 2 pin plugs .

My light fitting down arrived damaged. Not uncommon especially when shipping something glass. I couldnât get hold of the UK customer service I telephoned. I emailed no response even messaged on Facebook. However when I contacted the French customer support the service was excellent. For anybody experiencing problems, I recommend you use Microsoft free copilot (Bing.com) write your message and have it translated into French and then send them a message on Facebook or drop them an email perfect service this time from the French team! They understood everything I said

Bad customer service. Item became faulty after a couple of months and the seller requested to send the product back in the original packaging. As we binned the original box we had no way to return the faulty product back. Itâs impossible to contact them on the phone as this service is always unavailable.
I wouldnât recommend this company to anyone. I wish I read negative reviews prior to ordering from them.
Please stay away from KosiLight UK. The worse company Iâve ever dealt with!!!

Bad customer service! I ordered 2 pendants and 2 bulbs from this company over a month ago. The filament in one of the bulbs arrived bent. I have tried to contact the company several times and tried to call but the number doesn't go through. I have had only one email reply come back which asked for pictures which I had already sent in my initial email. I re sent images over a week ago and still no reply. Really disappointed

I spent over ÂŁ250 with this company, to find one of the lights is broken and needs another part to hang it. Provided description and photo to be told its not enough. I literally wanted a small amout refunded back rather than send the whole item. At this price it should not be broken in the first place, really poor service and I could not evidence any more than I did.
Unable to contact Customer Services!!! Ordered several lights from this company, delivery was received by due date. When unpacked one ceiling light was damaged, I have emailed & phoned the UK based offices on numerous occasions without any reply or response. I am not happy to return to the item to France without having confirmation that a replacement will be sent or a full refund made. Such a disappointment as the lights are really nice. I would definitely not recommend this company.
I ordered two light fittings which arrived quickly enough and look good ( although havn't been fit as yet) . I need to return one light. HOWEVER, it seems there supposed UK link does not exist. On the website it says they will arrange return for ÂŁ12. But this is impossible as they are not contactable by phone and I have emailed 4 times over a few weeks with no reply. So I am stuck with one unwanted item. I do not trust to send it to France and risk losing it altogether. I may have to just put it on ebay. So what kind of company this is I don't know.

My light were the correct items and both were easy to install and worked well.
DO NOT ORDER from this company. A total nightmare. Light fittings did not work. The requirements requested by this company were absolutely ridiculous.
I returned the light fittings with Parcel force worldwide. Kosilight are now saying they havent recieved them.
SURPRISE SURPRISE !!
Beware ! although this site appears to be based in the U.K. it is in fact based, and goods are shipped, from France. Goods are therefore subject to import duty and additional admin charges. My order would have cost in excess of a further ÂŁ40 . This only came to "light" from the carriers after the order was shipped, with no clear notification at the point of sale or order confirmation, that goods were being shipped from inside the EU. I tried to contact the UK company by telephone and email to no avail. Their recorded message merely says we are not in this week ,which is the same each week, and emails go unanswered. I opted to return the goods at customs but have heard nothing since. Fortunately I have now managed to resolve the matter with my card company.
We have ordered from Kosilight/Kosilum twice before and each time have been happy with the service. However on this occasion we ordered two identical Yuna lights. The first delivery was a totally different light, and there was only one. I e-mailed them as you CANNOT get through on the phone, and then received a second delivery of another incorrect light. I contacted them again several times by e-mail and received no correspondence at all. They have a permanent answerphone message on saying they are not contactable this week, and don't respond to any e-mails. We are now left with two lights we didn't order and ÂŁ130 out of pocket. Thankfully Barclays have been able to chargeback our money. DO NOT USE, look elsewhere for a better service. This has just been 3/4 weeks of headache and frustration and we've ended up buying new lights elsewhere.
Worst company, They are not even based in UK.The product quality is not great.When I ask for refund they told me you have pay the postage to France. Avoid
