This product is not for my hair and I would say not for any African American. It may have botanicals to clean the scalp , but I would say for any culture that has oily hair, Black cultures already have dry hair, this product dried my hair out so much, that I believe it not be marketed to black customers at all.

Tracking number not found, still waiting for the order, slow respondse

My ORDER #1380 from August 4, 2026 has not arrived yet. The tracking number H3BB110118US says it’s not found.

it’s hard to find specific Korean products that have become my go-to’s without having to literally fly over so this was a convenient way to get it!

I placed my order on June 16, 2026 but, didn’t receive the package until July 22, 2026. I returned it because, the serum is sticky and doesn’t work, in addition, I refuse to do business with a company that refuses to address my numerous emails for 6 weeks. This type of business gives legitimate businesses a bad name. I’ll never order from them again and have filed a dispute with my bank for the charges on my bank card.

I have dark brown hair with very hard to color gray I’m 71 years old and it covered my gray hair. My hair is so silky. It’s an excellent product and the dark brown is very dark brown looks like an original color when I was younger.

I had a truly amazing experience.

A bit pricey hence the 4 star rating instead of 5 but it works amazingly to cover the greys. No fuss. Easy to apply and no wastage unlike other brands that require you to mix and use the whole bottle or throw the unused mixture. As my hair is short I only use what I need. It’s great that you use it like a shampoo. Surprisingly the colour last a long time too.

Super straightforward product. Mix in your hands and apply to dry hair. I let it sit for 5 minutes. Very easy to use. I can't believe it covered my grays and left my hair super shiny. No more box dye!

I ordered dark brown shampoo but I received black shampoo.

It is too hard to follow our orders, almost two weeks and I didn't get update regarding my shipment, no any tracking number to check!

Excellent, I was shocked and surprised that the delivery service was fast. The ordered was place on the 31st and received on the 3rd of Sept. It was well packed, no damages. Quality is great. Thank you, will definitely order again.
