The pump doesn’t work the way it should. The color did not come out evenly, probably because there was more shampoo coming out than color. Texture of my hair wasn’t silky like some of the reviews said. My hair felt very dry, worst than after I use regular hair color formula

I love this shampoo. While a bit drying (I just use a hair treatment when I’m done and the problem is solved), this is exactly as you see. It deposits color that lasts several weeks, is natural (I’m a medium brown and got the dark brown which is working beautifully), and doesn’t stain my hands, face, or ears. I did get a little on my sink which unfortunately sat there for about 20 minutes so there is the faintest stain but I know I can get that off. I love this stuff!!!

I bought the color shampoo for light brown hair as everything else was too dark. I followed the directions exactly. My normal hair turned orange and the stubborn gray still shown through. I had to dye it darker than I have ever used to make it until I could see my stylist.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. I am having the same issues as others: no dye coming out after the first use, only the clear gel. I took video and sent a direct message to the company, as that seems to be what they request on here that you do, but no response.
If they do, and make it right, I will remove this review. If you are reading this, it means they have ignored me:

Product takes too long to arrive. Good looking packaging but not practical shampoo dispenser.
Very expensive for a one-time use and a dye that does not stay long.

Great product, nicely packaged, easy to open and ready to use. Color is great, very close to my natural color. The best!

The container does not pump the two products evenly. I pumped several times and only got the clear gel. So I wasted probably 6-8 pumps of one product. I lathered the product on my hair, waited over 15 minutes and it did not cover my gray. It actually made my gray stand out more because some color was deposited on the hair just after my gray making it a little darker which contrasted the gray even more. I had high hopes. I will try again but it looks like I’m out the money I paid based on the claims of this product. The smell is bad, that being said if it worked the smell would not be a deal breaker. One positive note it made my hair soft.

Don't waste your money. First this shipped to me from overseas. The Facebook ad stated you did not need gloves as the color only deposits on your hair and your hair will look and feel healthier because they do not use harsh chemicals. The instructions on the bottle say use gloves. The dispenser doesn't put out the mix correctly. When you rinse out the product your hair feels like straw. It doesn't cover roots, or grays, or really do anything.

The dark brown color ese to Orange/red tone.

The color of light brown turns out great on my Salt and pepper hair color! It's not stark white . It looks like it use to. And it build a u use it. And it looks like I just got it colored it's shiny!!

When I started, it took 4 pumps of the white solution before the color started coming out. This makes me wonder if it will still have the right mix at the end. The greys didn’t cover completely. I’ll give my hair some rest before the next application but now I have light brown roots against the dark hair.

It covered roots but made my hair red instead of light brown - how to I get color out??

I like the shampoo and it works well enough to covered my gray. My one complaint is the pump. It’s hard to dispense without losing a lot of shampoo spilling out. It’s a poor design. I would prefer a regular shampoo bottle and for this reason I will not purchase another bottle because it’s expensive !! Hopefully they can redesign for a better bottle

Bottle is beautiful but pumping is messy. Not true black but soft black only.

Great product! This product has resolved my grays in a short time without messy and save me financially of spending my hair care every 4-5 weeks!

I ordered from PearWood because the impression is given that they are a US company, ship from within the US and delivery is made in 5-8 days. I ordered on September 7. I was provided an odd tracking number that didn’t align with FedEx, ups or usps. It took nearly a week before I could get shipping information, only to discover it is coming from Homg Kong! I immediately tried to cancel my order and get a refund. To their credit, their AI customer support responded immediately to let me know that I can’t cancel once it’s been shipped. Once it has been received I can request a refund…can hardly wait to see what that process looks like. In the meantime, I ordered from Polar Haircare, who ships via USPS from Ohio and who provides an update every step of the way.
