I can’t get a call back and my issue…

I can’t get a call back and my issue resolved it’s been 3 weeks and I keep getting told I’m going to get a call back or call back in 3-5 days.

Double charged taxDon’t understand why you can charge tax…

Don’t understand why you can charge tax on what I call a loan, you call lease. I already paid tax on my car repair and I had no idea you would charge tax on top of it. I only took it out because it was interest-free for 90 days so no cost for it.

Beware of fee to use credit card

No issues with service, it allowed me to order a couch that I would not have full funds for until a few weeks later.
My only issue was at payment.i was doing the pay in full option but did it through my debit card.
No where in the payment options did it tell me they were going to charge a $54 dollar fee to pay by card

I’ve gotten all my furniture there and so has my kids ..

I’ve gotten all my furniture there this month I got 3 whole bedrooms sets and some extra mattress… 2 dinning tables set and 2 vanity sets … the 2 guys that are there are very helpful and they give us some great prices… you can’t get better prices anywhere else… easy financing and payment plans … and if pay full they give u an extraordinary deal .. I’m definitely going back for some couches…

On time

They were very polite, they understood what I wanted. They took time out answered all and any questions that I had. Delivery was on time, the guys were very polite as well.

Corporate Greed

Was not told of this lease to own at time of purchase when seeking a finance option nor that I had to buy out in 120 days or would be charged over 10k for an item over 2 years for a $3,400 item. To charge the less fortunate 3x the cost of an item should be illegal. You’re not helping anyone but your own pocket 🤦🏼‍♀️

Couch is hard as a rock don't like it…

Couch is hard as a rock don't like it sat on a lot at the store but salesman showed me something online that I bought never would have bought it if I knew it would be so hard when you sit on it

Saved my safety
